Spray, scrub, wipe repeat. Its our new favorite sound. Weve always been committed to the highest safety standardsbut now deep cleaning is done before, during and after visits even in the lobby. Our teams are geared up (literally watch the video) to sanitize equipment, chairs, tables, door handles, countertops etc. many times a day. And we dont stop there. PPE (think masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) is worn by everyone in the office. Even patients get to take part by keeping masks on at all times except when being treated and doing a good disinfecting rinse before and after care.
Were checking to see if our patients (and staff) are healthy with a few questions and a temperature check every day, at every visit. Sounds a bit extreme? Youre right, extreme is good when it comes to patient safety and health.

Smile Brands Inc., one of the nations leading providers of business support services to dental groups in the United States, today announced the grand opening of another affiliated Monarch Dental office. The new office is the second for the community of New Braunfels.
Five dentists and their dedicated support staff hosted a Day of Giving, sponsored by Buxton, at Monarch Dental in Lewisville, Texas on October 5th. Buxton is a customer analytics company that provides services to maximize an organizations return on investment, and is a proud supporter of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation.

Everyone was kind and helpful, explaining procedures with respect. As a new patient it took longer to get through appointment but not any longer than at other medical/dental clinic. I rated them at five stars!

Always have had a great experience. But this last time I was kinda like "what"??. I had an appointment at 1030am for a toothache and all that was done was an x-rays and an oral examination and no work on my tooth that had been in pain, instead I was given another appointment for a month later(Due to my schedule at work) and a total of what it would cost to do the work. Luckily my pain has gone away. I was called today that there would be an opening tomorrow due to a cancelation,but due to my work I couldn't accept it. I just have to wait and hope my pain doesn't come back.

Everyone in the office was so nice, I had a women named Kristi that did my x-rays and exams and she was literally the nicest person to me you can tell she genuinely loves her job and helping people! She made my visit great! And the dentist was very gentle and took his time with me, I won't go anywhere but here from now one!

Charged me for a service I didn't need and wasn't covered by my insurance. Never said to me it wouldn't be covered. Please if you have a PPO go elsewhere.

First time I had gone there. Receptionist was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable and kind. Drs treat you with respect, listened to what your concerns were. I have been to another dental place and will not go back. It is worth it to go here. You will be happy and satisfied with the treatment.
