Dr. Slack knew she wanted to be a dentist since she was 14 years old. Her orthodontist transformed her smile and from then on she wanted to beinvolved with dentistry. She graduated from LSU in 1995 and then returned to her home state and attended West Virginia University School of Dentistry. She graduated in 1999 and moved to Lebanon, Oregon. She worked as an associate for a year and then transitioned to her own practice in 2000.
Dr. Slack and her husband Matthew have been married for 25 years and have 2 children, Weston 11 and Everett 8, along with 2 cats and a Fox Red Labrador, Magnolia. Dr. Slack enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, swimming, and returning to Louisiana every year for Jazz Fest. She is on the Board for the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Santiam, Kidco Headstart and the Dental Assisting program at LBCC. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association and the Southern Willamette Dental Society.

I've been a patient of Dr. Slack for many years and have always been pleased with the service provided by her entire staff. She has always been friendly and professional; her work is impeccable and I can't see myself going anywhere else for my dental needs.

I recently visited Dr. Slack's office and I cannot recommend her and her staff highly enough! Dr. Slack is the epitome of the "painless dentist." She is an experienced clinician that exudes warmth and kindness. Her staff is friendly and they all made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit!

I would recommend Molly Slack to everyone! In fact I have. It is a very nice building, very comfortable and the staff are always welcoming. I have been many times and they all do great work. They have always been receptive to my needs and helped me in any way I needed. Great job guys I will keep coming back!

Office Staff very nice and professional, but dentist has not kept up with modern practices. She is not aware of the recommendations of the national academy of pediatric dentistry and does not follow their guidance and recommendations. I would never take a child to her for care again. If you care about you children's teeth, avoid this provider. There are many other dentists in the area who are competent and keep up with best practices. Unfortunately, Dr. Slack's lack of professional development and care puts kids through unnecessary and expensive procedures. beware for kids... and adults.

Great atmosphere and great staff. Will actually call you for scheduling when they get an unexpected cancellation or opening. Been going for a number of years now and never had any problems.

I have gone to Dr. Slack since moving from Texas. She and her staff are always helpful and professional. They listen to and address any questions or concerns I have with my dental health. I highly recommend!

Dr. Slack and her staff are caring and professional and I couldn't say enough good things about my experience. I am extremely dental phobic and I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness from beginning to end. Dr. Slack Took the time to listen to my fears and concerns and worked collaboratively to create a plan for my dental health.
