It's So disappointing to see how this place has changed we have gone here for quite a while now and the last three times have been disheartening. The staff has gone from nice and welcoming to rude and overwhelmed I understand that people go through staff shortages however you have control on who you book for appointments or not when you are working your employees into the ground it's going to affect your business we unfortunately had to go to a different dentist after this last attempt. The staff seems to have very little compassion and that's not how it used to be.

Friendly staff. Dr molly really educates the parents/caregiver of her patients to where you feel comfortable with treatment at home.

Let me list the outrageous and ridiculous things being done. 1. Made to sign a consent to cancel/no show $75 dollars 2. They canceled my appointment the day of ( can I charge a no show fee) 3. Itemized list of charges include PPE.. $150 for mask and gloves ( umm this was always a given before covid now they are finding ways to overcharge) 4. They are to EXPENSIVE!! 5. The fluoride is NOT only $20 you will be charged for it later by bill. 6. Cannot handle an upset child.. instead will refer you to someone else. YES Molly is nice and sweet but rethink your business choices!! We are leaving!!

Dr. Molly has such a kind and warm presence. She did an amazing job at helping my little boy stay calm throughout his lip and tongue tie surgery. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Molly was wonderful with my kid, took time to reassure her, explain things in a way she would understand, and made it a really good experience for us. Definitely recommend!

It was horrible I canceled all care and continue to get emails and texts about a rating. She shouldn't be practicing after reading over 20 negative comments it's clear I'm not the only one who feels this way! I strongly suggest getting a second opinion! She admitted to not training her staff to look at the back of the teeth after charging every month for a treatment and then wanted to pull my 2 year olds teeth because she has a gtube so she can just eat from that! After I said I'm going to wait and consult her care team she had the nerve to say my daughter will get cancer and die from it! Needless to say I immediately took her to another dentist she didn't have cavities and they fixed the teeth Molly was originally supposed to fixed! Absolutely horrible!

I couldn't recommend them more after just one visit. Dr. Molly was so great with our little one, talking to her and soothing her through the whole procedure. So glad we were recommended to come here.

I've been taking my now 6 year old son their routinely, every 6 months, since he was 1. My son has never had a cavity . Fast forward to a year ago when they do his first x-rays, they say he had two small spots on both lower teeth third from the front, they say they are small and just want to watch them. Next appointment, 6 months later apparently one spot completely disappears but the other is a fully blown cavity so big she wants to immediately do a root canal on his baby tooth and cap it. Now I'm fully aware without x-rays Dr. Molly is only able to go off of what she sees up until a year ago but something felt off that one "spot" was never mentioned again and the other one became so bad in 6 months they want to do a root canal when my son has never had a cavity and great oral hygiene. Based on advice from a dentist, 6 months later- today, he has an appointment with a new dentist, had x-rays, and guess what ??? I was right. No cavities what so ever, no spots on his teeth, no plaque build up .Not a single thing wrong my 6 year olds teeth. Shame on Dr. Molly for being willing to do unnecessary work on a child- I'm so lucky I followed my gut and didnt let your office ruin my kids mouth with a silver cap and going under anesthesia when no one else can see the cavity you diagnosed. You should be shut down. Also just a heads up, I notice a lot of reviews I read that lead me to follow my gut of other parents saying they were doing unnecessary work on here have been deleted but I will keep posting this so other parents and kids don't have to go through this. Almost a year later- no pain or infection but thank you for the concern. Of course they did their own X-rays .

My grandson had an appointment with Dr. Molly Gonzalez that involved having anesthesia. The anesthesiologist was amazing and listened to my concerns. The dentistry staff was very courteous but uninformed as to what procedure Dr. Molly performed.

I was very hesitant to get my newborns tongue tie revised via laser but was having major issues nursing so decided to trust my mdiwife's referral here to Dr Molly. I am so glad I did. Dr Molly and staff were very professional and kind. Dr Molly was an out of this world dentist. She was personable, knowledgeable, gentle and sweet. She listened to me during her busy schedule and was very thorough and quick with my infant. I am not very trusting of others with my newborn, especially medical staff, and I had no problem trusting her with him. I am seriously considering taking my toddler here for dentistry care even though it is a much farther drive than my dentist, because they are an outstanding care practice.

Everything about this office is truly amazing. Dr. Molly is a fantastic dentist. She took care of my son's tongue and lip tie and her educational resources really help a new parent learn what to do. The only thing I don't like is that they use a third-party company for their billing and they don't have the best customer service. It's been nothing but problems through that company and it makes me not want to go to Dr. Molly anymore. It's really unfortunate because she's such an amazing dentist and her whole staff is phenomenal, but that billing company is horrible to work with. I'm hoping this is just a one off but I feel like it needs to be shared. My son will continue to see Molly but if these billing issues keep continuing I will be forced to switch.

My oldest has been going to Dr Molly for almost 13 yrs and I normally wouldn't post anything but a positive review but my last experience put me over the top. My child was scheduled for fillings to be done; that had been scheduled for over a month and a half due to their schedule. The day prior I received a call to see if I wanted to change my time to a hour earlier. When I went in for our appointment I was told that they left a message needing to reschedule due to staffing issues. So my daughter did not get in that day but we had to reschedule for another month and a half out; totally unacceptable!! Especially when an additional dentist has been hired. I'm finding it's not about the patients anymore. I am looking for a dentist that can accommodate when they say they will. It very upsetting.

Dr. Molly is so patient and kind with my son. So are all the other staff members. My son has special needs and when he first started coming here he was scared of dental work and I had to take him out kicking and screaming. Now, after a few years of coming here, my son knows everyone will be gentle with him and he feels comfortable enough to let the team work on his teeth. He was even EXCITED TO GO THE DENTIST last time and share his lost tooth with Dr. Molly! I have to credit the gentle hands and kind hearts on this team for making my son more comfortable with dental work. Thank you!

Dr.Gregg is amazing! My son was not having it today (panic attack) and Dr.Gregg was patience and kind. Walked him through the procedure calmly while coaching him on breathing and taking away the focus on the needle to numb. Dr.Gregg, Shane and I thank you very much for your time and patience. You are in the field you need to be in. You made a huge impact on my sons day. We greatly appreciate you! The Best Family:)
