Mollner Dentistry - General dentist in Denver, CO

Ask for Dr. Mollner in our office, and you will get 4 responses. Dr. Rena and Dr. Ben Mollner started the practice together in 2011 and are joined by Dr. Bens brother Dr. Nate Mollner, and their father, Dr. Mark Mollner. The Mollners set out to create a dental experience that was unlike any they had seen before. Their goal was to create a place that was as stylish as it was comfortable, clean, relaxing, and easy to be in.

Mollner Dentistrys roots can be traced back nearly 30 years when Dr. Mark first opened up shop in Colorado Springs. Todays office was built from the groundup by Dr. Ben and Dr. Rena, and Dr. Nate brings to the table the most current and cutting edge dental theory and technique.

Dr. Mark first bought a dental practice in Colorado Springs in 1987. His oldest son, Dr. Ben Mollner joined his father in practice in Colorado Springs in 2010. Learning from his father, Dr. Ben partnered with Dr. Rena in 2011 to start their own practice in Denver. In the winter of 2010, they discovered a large, new, beautiful space in Denver that would be perfect for their new practice, and Mollner Dentistry was born. Along with this wonderful new office, came a vision. The Mollners had a goal to create their dream dental practice. The perfect opportunity to make every detail the way they had always envisioned it. Ultimately we had to ask ourselves a question: What do we need in order to do the best dentistry possible? This is a question many doctors do not get to answer. Usually when you start a dental practice, you inherit old equipment and learn to work with it, love it or hate it. Wouldnt it be nice if we got choose our own perfect custom set-ups for every doctor? How much better would our work be if every piece of equipment was exactly the way we wanted it. We now had a reason to purchase the latest and greatest equipment that modern dentistry has to offer.

All four doctors are big technology buffs and love to use the most cutting edge advancements available in dentistry. We started with patient comfort. The dental chairs are double reclining, ultra-leather with memory foam padding. Each patient has their own personal flat-screen monitor with Apple TV and ability to see digital X-rays and intraoral pictures on the fly. Next we set out to get the best equipment for improving our own dentistry. We have handpieces (drills) with LED lights on the end for better vision, intraoral cameras that show tooth decay on a live video feed of your mouth, the industrys newest and finest sterilzation system, CAD CAM 100% porcelain crown technology (Cerec machine), and a host of other equipment that will allow us to do some of the finest dentistry in the country.

Today, Dr. Mark still maintains his own practice in Colorado Springs, and Dr. Ben and Dr. Rena own and operate the Denver office along with opening a second location in 2017 in Greenwood Village (DTC). Dr. Nate is a full time partner, joining us from his extensive training at Creighton Dental School in Omaha. Although Dr. Mark does not officially practice at the Denver office, he makes a monthly guest appearance in the Denver office for specialty cases.

Dr. Glick is a general dentist from Ventnor, New Jersey by way of University of Michigan and Columbia University of New York. He brings some east-coast flare along and with the newest advances in dental training and will be serving Mollner Dentistry for all of your general dentistry needs at both of our clinic locations.

Many dental offices todayare so similar, it can be difficult to tell them apart. We pride ourselves on the use of technology and the most modern and groundbreaking techniques available in dentistry today. We have invested and trained in equipment that less than 5% of general dentists in the US are currently using

Digital X-Rays:Digital X-rays allow you to instantly visualize your films on your own personal chair side screen, all without leaving the room you are having treatment in. Reduce the amount of time you spend in the dental chair, and also reduce overall radiation used to capture images

Digital Impressions:We have recently acquired a digital impression wand that allows us to take 3D impressions of teeth in certain situations simply by taking pictures with our digital laser wand. No gooey impression material and 100% accurate impressions

Crowns In One Day:Combined with our digital impression, we also use a state of the art crown milling machine (Cerec). If you need a crown, we are now able to scan the tooth into the computer, mill the crown out of a solid block of extremely high strength porcelain, and place a tooth colored crown the same day. No more 2 week wait, and no more temporaries

Sopro-Camera:Using an intra-oral camera equipped with a special light on the end, a certain wavelength of light is passed over the teeth and is reflected back in red when a cavity is present. Depending on how dense the minerals in teeth are, cavities will show as red and normal tooth structure as green. Follow along on the live monitor to visualize cavities in real time

The list does not end here. These are the most exciting and flashy pieces of technology in the office, but we also pride ourselves on the less dramatic details. Almost daily we read and research professional dental articles and research in order to stay up to date with our eductation and the ever changing dental field. You may not notice some of these smaller details like the latest bonding techniques or root canal cleansing solutions, but rest assured we do and we aim to benefit our patients by arming ourselves with this knowledge

I've had a wonderfully positive experience over my last few visits to Mollner Dentistry. Due to their great work, my teeth have been improving steadily over the last year. They work efficiently and successfully, two words that aren't normally used together when it comes to doctor exams. They are also super friendly and make you feel right at home the moment you walk in to the office. I don't dread the dentist anymore thanks to Mollner!

When they tell you something is "covered," be sure to ask "at what percentage."

I always found it difficult to find a dentist that I trusted. It has often felt like I was trying to be upsold or at times even scammed. My experience with Dr. Glick and the rest of the staff at Mollner was much better than many previous experiences and I felt like I was being treated with respect and in accordance with my dental health needs. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this practice enough! Everyone was phenomenal! Melissa did a fantastic job on my cleaning. The front desk was so kind in thoroughly answering my questions every time I called. Dr.Nate did my crowns and is a perfectionist! The technology that they use is very advanced! I hate getting dental work done and they made it such a comfortable experience! Do yourself a favor and switch to this dentist!!!

I visited this office once for an exam in June 2020 and never went back. They were nice enough, but I just didn't ever reschedule as it was peak coronavirus. 23 months later they call me to tell me I have a balance of $61 that is going to be sent to collections next week. This balance was never discussed when I was in the office-- before or after service. I haven't spoken with them a single time since the visit until today when they say I have a surprise mystery balance. Terrible and shady business practice.

Been a great run but time to move on. Accountability has become an issue. They have had my money for a bite guard since March and I requested a refund today as it has NEVER been ordered. Welcome to great customer service in 2022. Not sure it still exist but I will try to find another Dentist.

I love coming here. Dr. Rena Mollner is definitely the best dentist I've ever had. I have a lot of dentist anxiety and bad teeth, but Dr. Mollner takes great care of me and I always feel comfortable here. Anytime someone I know is looking for a dentist I recommend Mollner.

I used to be Dr. Nate's patient. Today I had an appointment at 1pm. The roads don't look great and it is not supposed to stop snowing, so I called to cancel. Their very rude response was "sure, it will be over $100 cancelation fee because it is less than 24 hours notice", and I said "even with the roads the way they are"? To which they answered, "we all got here, we are not closed, the roads were fine, so yes, there will be a fee". After 6 years being a patient there I could not believe this. Just because the roads were clear at 7 am it doesnt mean it will be at noon if it is not supposed to stop snowing. I'm never coming back.

I have been going here a few years. I called a few weeks ahead of my appt bc I had a vacation conflict. They can't get me in for 3 months. I don't understand how some people get in right away as reported in comments and return clients have to wait forever. Maybe this is typical nowadays? I like this dentist but will be looking around for a new place.

My treatment received from Dr. Nate was a nightmare come true. He re-made and placed a crown which was not made to fit appropriately. He agreed to re-make and place another. The "correction" was not sealed in place and broke off while brushing my teeth. There is no possibility of placing another crown in its place and I now have to have a very expensive implant instead. I also have damage to another molar next to that tooth that was damaged due to the collection of bacteria under and around the crowned tooth

UPDATE: I continue to love Mollner Dentistry. Today I had a procedure done outside of the normal and Dr. Nate & Team took special care to ensure everything was handled professionally and with the upmost courtesy one could ask for. I'll continue going to this dentist until they close, or I die, whichever comes first! Thanks again! Recently made the decision to switch dentists and had a friend recommend Mollner. My only regret is that I didn't switch sooner. The experiences are night and day. From the attention to detail from the staff to the modern interior design, it's all amazing! My major takeaway was that this is a practice that cares about their patients and takes the time to ensure you understand what's going on and that you have a positive experience. Thank you for all you do and for saving me from a root canal!!! I'll send everyone I know your way!!

I can't say enough good things about this office. All of the staff members are fantastic. So friendly and kind. I just got crowns done here and it's the only place I have ever trusted enough to finally pull the plug and man am I glad I did! My results are fantastic!! All of the staff celebrated with me! 10/10 recommend! Dr. Nate also worked late on a Wed, missed his lunch plans with his wife, and stayed late just so I could get my crowns done before my engagement photos!!!! I feel so lucky to have found them! I'll be forever grateful!

Good work, but charged missed apt fee after I had a family emergency that required me to leave the state... I sent them an email and it was confirmed received by my dentist per the assistant, but they proceeded to charge me anyway after my visit and not list any details on the receipt. (I know because I compared the receipt to the treatment plan cost). A bit shady, evasive, and insensitive.

Took on too many patients and decided to abandon a big group by not taking their insurance anymore. To be clear, sure we can still go there, but we just have to pay out of pocket for everything. Very disappointing. Important to note that they offered monetary incentives for people to write good reviews a couple years ago, so be careful.
