As a Kois trained dentist, Dr. Eddie Molina stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a doctor, Dr. Molina recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his team. That is just one reason why he values each and every patient relationship. Dr. Molina always strives to achieve the perfect balance of medicine, engineering, and art as he helps his patients build a confident smile and achieve optimal oral health, which we now know, is the gateway to overall health and wellness.
Dr. Molina is a Fresno native who graduated from Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and two minors - physical science and art. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious UCSF School of Dentistry. Upon graduating, he began to work in private practice at one of the top dental practices in Fresno. Dr. Molina always knew he wanted to offer a wide myriad of services in order to better serve his patient's needs. Since the start of his career, he has always completed over 100 hours of continuing dental education each year; above and beyond the state requirement of 50 hours every 2 years. In doing so, he has obtained his Fellowship from the Congress of Oral Implantologists - a reflection of his training and experience with dental implants. Furthermore, Dr. Molina is trained to perform conscious sedation, an invaluable license which allows him to treat dental phobic patients or simply the busy professional who needs all of their work done in one visit.
Dr. Molina is passionate about dentistry and is an active member of the following professional organizations: Fresno-Madera Dental Society, California Dental Society, American Dental Society, American Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a proud member of the Kois Center; an evidence based teaching center for elite dentists.
Dr. Patty was born and raised in Porterville, CA. After graduating Valedictorian from Porterville High, Dr. Patty attended Fresno State on a full ride through the Smittcamp Family Honors Scholarship Program. While at Fresno State, Dr. Patty was an NCAA Scholar Athlete and graduated with honors from the college of science. Dr. Patty went on obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific.
After dental school, Dr. Patty completed a post graduate residency at Community Regional Medical Center and Fresno VA Hospital. During this additional voluntary year of training she learned to treat both children and adults under general anesthesia, received additional training in orthodontics, removable dentures, emergency dental care and general dentistry.
Dr. Patty went on to work in the public sector for 7 years where she gained invaluable experience treating underserved communities. Dr. Patty has decided to join Dr. Eddie and our wonderful community at Sierra Mountain Dentistry. Dr. Patty has found her passion in treating children and helping our edentulous patients regain confidence and functionally with the assistance of dentures. Dr. Patty is a great addition and we cannot wait for you to meet her!
Dr. Eddie and Dr. Patty have been married for 10 years. Together they have three handsome boys; Xavier, Sebastian and Alexander. In their spare time, Dr. Eddie and Dr. Patty love to spend time with family, coach soccer, go on long runs, travel, and attend continuing education courses to enhance their skills as dentist.

Molina Dentistry has two of the best people in the world on their staff! VERONICA (my therapist) makes every appointment comfortable. She listened to my rants with grace and understanding. She talked me through each step "repetitively"!!! She practically handled my billing and put me in the best hands seamlessly! She's smooth!! ANDREA (my "Grammy Award" Winning supporting actress) coached me with relaxing, removed my irritating stitches, held my hand and took care of me with each and every procedure, dealt with my "acting" with the same grace and understanding! I can't find enough kind things to say about this office! I recently went to see Dr. Patty for a toothache, as a first time patient I didn't know what to expect. They were all so friendly and helpful and I didn't feel one moment of pain. I feel comfortable and safe in their care and am beyond thankful I found them!!! Dr. Patty and Dr. Eddie are by far the best dentists in the area! My husband and I both have been super happy with the quality of care and professionalism at the office! Both dentists are very educated and really take their time to evaluate and explain treatment options. The office is newly updated and very clean. We now have all of our children coming to the office and it has been a great experience for the kiddos! Dr Eddie and Patty really make you feel like family and go the extra mile to give you the best dental care! I highly recommend them!

I'm a first time client and I'm impressed with the level of care, professionalism, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. They go above and beyond to take care of you. They did a thorough work up on me, ran all the necessarily test, check for cancer and easily overlooked problems. I appreciate the attention to detail and thoroughness. They seem genuinely caring. This dentist took over my previous dentist's practice when he retired. I went to my previous dentist for years and he was such a good dentist. I go to this dentist and suddenly I need a bunch of dental work! I don't trust them.

I simply cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience both my children and I have had at Molina Dentistry. Both doctors (Mr. and Mrs.) and their staff are so personable, professional, and earnest in their sincerity to do right by their patients. I had seen my previous dentist for years and I'm afraid although friendly and kind, his practice had become antiquated (so much so that a major tooth resorption problem had gone missed for 15 years). The investment that's been made into the technology to treat patients can't be missed. There is no doubt this dentistry is in this for the long haul and is investing in long-term relationships to keep us both healthy and smiling.

Extremely nice clean facility and welcoming and friendly staff both the dentist are amazing and friendly who are great with kids the dentist make you feel comfortable and their top priority is making sure the patient's mouth is healthy. I had a to get a cavity filled and with the technique I did not even feel the shot at all when Dr. Molina put the needle in my gums I was actually surprised when the shot was finished because I felt nothing. Great dentist highly recommend! I get my clear braces with them too. LOVE everything the staff the facility and treatments.

Dr. Eddie and his staff are the only dental care for me from now on. Not only do they give a feeling of professionalism and expertise, but they are also a delight to be around. My hygienist Tammy made me feel very comfortable and was super supportive. An extra shout out to Dr. Eddie for his gentle care and his assistant Andrea for being so quick and intuitive. I felt like I was being worked on by a Nascar team (in a good way).

Very impressed and very glad I decided to make the change from my previous dentist. I had some extreme pain develop over this past weekend out of nowhere. It hurt to smile and to move any muscle around my upper lip just beneath my nostril on my right side. I had trauma on my no. 7 front upper tooth because of a sports related accident as a child and eventually a root canal on the same tooth. At some point that I was not aware of, the tooth became reinfected, but I felt no pain. I called Dr. Molina's office Saturday night hoping to get through to an emergency care line and did. I left a brief message and Dr. Molina returned my call within 15 minutes. He stated he could not get me in for a least a couple days, but made true to his promise and saw me at his first opening. When I saw the x-rays and what he explained to me I almost immediately became depressed as I had a huge infection deep in the root and the bone was all gone. Dr. Molina gave me all possible options along with their pros and cons. Ultimately I decided to go with a partial tooth extraction and implant. Through this process, a bone graph would be possible. What I was most impressed with was his level of detail, knowledge, and professionalism. During the explanation of my case we first went over x-rays. Then he asked if I was up for it and had the time, to take a CT scan. I thought I was going to have to drive to a different office. He had the CT machine right there in his office. We looked over the scan and within minutes he came up with a plan that clearly informed me of the total process and the road to recovery. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Molina and his expertise in helping me through this difficult situation and would trust my entire family with his practice.

Needed my crown put back on that had fallen off. Couldn't seem to fit me in with my work schedule. So had to go to a new dentist . My previous dentist who retired would of had it done that day as soon as i could get there. Was a little shocked.

Beautiful office and everyone was so nice from first encounter to the time you leave. Great experience all the way around from my hygienist Mary to both Dr Eddie and Dr Patty making a treatment plan that works for me all the way to Veronica getting me set up for my future appointments. Highly recommend to anyone needing a great dental experience.
