I had came in for an appt, previously I had to cancel some appts which I indeed called ahead and let them know hours before being seen. the receptionist on the phone told me I had to pay a $25 fee which I let her know (and she saw the notes on the computer) that I did call before not showing up for my appt. She left me off with a warning and when I show up to my appt today @12:30 she wanted to charge me and was laughing saying I would not get seen today because I did not want to pay the $25 fee saying that I had not shown up to an appt in march. They are so unprofessional here and will treat you how they want would not recommend them at all. I'm glad I got to give her a peace of my mind.

Dr. Rametra is extremely skilled, efficient, kind, and wonderful. She is extremely reassuring and makes all fears go away. Explains what to expect very well. Her staff is great and highly efficient too.

This is by far the absolute worst dentistry office. The secretaries were so mean and unprofessional. They switched the time of my little brothers' appointments without asking or telling us because the dentist wanted to leave early. They yelled at my mother and wanted to charge me for missing an appointment THEY changed without confirming with me. They tried to lie about the whole thing too and made fun of my mom thinking she wouldn't understand. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I would give a 10 star! Finally found an amazing dentist! I am one of those scared of dentist people. DDS Rametra is extremely knowledgeable, patient and gentle. Made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands during my procedure. Staff is friendly, very clean atmosphere. I also bring my 2 children here. Highly recommend.

Never had a better dentist in my life! Dr. Rametra happens to be my dentist and I have no complaints with her. She is absolutely wonderful as a doctor and as a human being. She has such compassion which truly shows her dedication to her job and such a wonderful bedside manner. The other doctors are just as good even though I have only encountered them briefly. Everyone in the office great

Everybody here, from the front desk receptionist to the dental aide/tech and finally the dentist, were all professional, courteous, and efficient. I had a comprehensive dental exam, including multiple X-rays, screening exams, and finally cleaning. I was in and out within an hour. This was also my first visit here, which means I had some additional paperwork to fill out in the beginning. Even still, everything was very efficient. The dentist also took time and explained why she was doing certain things, which was nice. The waiting space is nice and spacious as well.

I wish i could rate this establishment 10stars. I have had nothing short of excellent service being here. I have seen about 7 different dentists, 3 oral surgeons and 1 endodontist. Dr. Kakar is at the top of the list. I needed 2 crowns and 6 fillings done when i came to her. Initial visit was wonderful, they even showed some other issues i was unware of (as they should.) When we moved to beginning the process of getting temp fillings done in preparation for the crowns, Dr and staff stopped immediately once they were removed. Apparently, the endodontist i saw prior to this session did not put posts on the two teeth that had root canals done. I was immediately notified and mid session even the young lady at the front desk came to discuss the situation. They explained that they had to reach out to my insurance to see if that service would be covered, as this was supposed to already have been done. I was allowed to make preparations in case I was financially responsible and any accommodation regarding a payment plan would be worked out if necessary (thank goodness it didn't come to that and all went accordingly). After convening, we moved forward and completed the visit. In regards to the actual work done, dentist and staff show immense professionalism and experience. All of them are skilled with what they're doing. You're literally in the best hands possible. There is always communication to ensure you as the patient are okay, not in pain and taken care of Of course each session is different, but do be prepared to set aside some time for your appointment. They are a very attentive staff and make sure that each patient is given the care they need. I notice my average time from check in to check out is about 1.5-2 hours, as I'm not getting a regular checkup. Today was my second to last session to complete the needed work to be done. As I said before, the service received was immense. The above is how things should be addressed, but i have had experiences in which that kind of important detail is gone over AFTER the sessions are completed. Rest assured, if you need dental work, you are in the right place if you come here.

First off as a new prospective patient I called this dentist early morning asking for same day appt. The front desk couldn't be more accommodating. I received a 2pm appt. They were friendly super clean and very modern. The dentist Dr Kakar was gentle caring and took her time to bond my tooth, clean my teeth, and check for cavities. Exrays were down swiftly and gently with very modern equipment. I couldn't be happier and this office is wonderful and I am returning in 6 months!!!

My doctor was so attentive and nice. Love how nice and organized they are and so clean. I stared feeling sick and they asked what they could do and they were quick to help me feel better and asked if I wanted to continue or reschedule. I stayed because they cared enough to go out their way to help me feel better. I'm recommadating my bf and mom to them.. keep up the good work...

I am so impressed by this Dental Office...I use to dread going to the Dentist.. Dr Shaifali is very nice and gentle ..She informs you of everything that she's doing and makes sure you understand the procedures.. Scheduling appointments are easy..The Office is beautiful and clean.. I love it here..I would give this Dental Office 10 stars..

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, I've had horrible past experiences but this dentist was amazing. She knew how nervous I was and kept reassuring me that u would be fine, and I am! Lol I didn't feel a thing (just got a root canal) and I don't feel my mouth too numb. The whole staff is very sweet and amazing!

Dr. Shaifali Rametra is so good! I used to hate going to the dentist, but every procedure and cleaning I've had done here has been smooth and painless. They really put effort into making sure you're comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely my favorite dental experience. Highly recommend.
