When Dr. Gerth is not practicing dentistry he enjoys long-distance running, working out, reading, listening to music/podcasts, and watching movies. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Mokena Crossings Family Dental are kind & professional. I had a broken tooth caused by underlying decay which popped our a posted tooth. They got me in w/in 24 hrs. Both the Assistant & DDS Roden gave me the respect, & time necessary to hear my priorities & then they gave me fair & truthful recommendation routes to consider. 60 yr old teeth have stories to tell, there is no easy route; yet I feel very grateful to the people in this office. Great experience for me. I was contacted three hours before my appointment that there was a staffing issue. I was asked if I was flexible? I agreed to come a hour later. When I got there service was good. My hygienist updated my medical history and was VERY pleasant and provided excellent care. I have referred friends and family. Great service!

I was very disappointed with my dental visit on 7/14/2022. The hygienist that I had was more like a sales representative . She was more concerned about doing a very expensive service on my mouth in which it was needed verses coming up with an affordable plan. The doctor also said that I needed two fillings. Once I denied the plan and opted just to do the two fillings I was told by her that it was not going to work unless I get everything done. When I got to the receptionist desk she asked what happened to me getting the fillings I then told her what I was told she just shook her head. The Dentist suggested to me to get the fillings, nothing about it wouldn't work if I don't have the entire service done. So as foe me I think I'll go somewhere else. Every since Dr. Jarvie retired it seems to me the care has just disappeared. I'm just speaking for myself.

Mokena Crossings Family Dental..... Is awesome, I'm new to this area all the way from Jacksonville Florida. Several days ago I started experiencing a toothache I called my dental plan from back home but it does not cross state lines. So I began my search for a dentist in this area came across Mokena Crossings Family Dental they were able to get me in the same day for an appointment which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was very nice and friendly, the office is beautiful. I received great care and service. Most importantly the cost for services was very affordable. Thank you so much to Mokena crossings family dental! I came in to the office with two chipped teeth wanting to know if I could get them fixed and explained I was on a tight budget. I did not have an appointment, but they took me right in, fixed the chipped teeth and did a fantastic job! Thank you so much for a job well done!
