Dr. Nico Moghtader is a board-certified dentist, with extensive training and experience. He offers a wide range of general and cosmetic dental procedures with a holistic approach. Dr. Nico has two dental offices, one in Whittier and one in Los Angeles, serving residents throughout Southern California.
From the beginning of his educational journey, Dr. Nico was driven to excel. In 1999 he graduated from University of Southern California Dental School (USC). He was on the Deans List and an Honor Student. He completed his undergraduate studies at University of Southern California Los Angeles (USC)
Dr. Nico has never stopped deepening his knowledge, expanding his skills, and learning about the latest developments in holistic and biological dentistry. He has completed many continuing education courses, as well as attending lectures, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Dr. Nico has earned board certification in dentistry. He also maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and California Dental Association. He has earned a reputation as a dental artist, due to his attention to detail and passion for aesthetic perfection. I was in need of a crown replacement but it no longer fit but Dr. Nico spent 2 days all day long working in his free time between patients to make the crown and root canal painless and PERFECT! TO THIS DAY other dentists are SO IMPRESSED by the work that he did with so minimal amount of tooth to work with. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTIST IVE EVER VISITED.

Great dentist who has fixed my teeth for over a decade. So much respect and for Dr. Nico and his practice. Dr.Nico demonstrated to me that he really cares about his patients. Without a doubt I recommend Dr. Nico to anyone!

Normally dental work is scary, and makes me feel uneasy. Dr. Nico is very calm, gentle, and professional. I highly recommend him. He took out my amalgam filling and replaced it with resin. I am very happy with the work he did. I also lucked out because he is located locally to me in Whittier.

It had been a long while since I went to the dentist. So I needed a good amount of work. Dr. Nico and his staff made me feel very comfortable since my initial check up and diagnosis. I always had a fear of a needle going into my mouth since a child, when the dentist would just jam the needle into my gums. But with Dr. Nico I can honestly say it was the best experience in a dentist chair I have ever had. Now, I feel so much better making appointments for regular check ups and if any work needs to be done I no longer am hesitant about getting it done. THANK YOU so much Dr. Nico and your staff for making it a very good experience. I recommend it to anybody looking for a dentist near the Whittier area.

Dr. Nico did not have to put his foot on my chest in order to pull my tooth out. It was fast and painless, I thought it was going to be much worse but in all honesty I would let him pull out all of my teeth since I felt so comfortable throughout the whole experience. I think the worst part was getting the mouth X-rays done since it was uncomfortable
