Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Went here for a regular cleaning. The dentist told me after charting my gum numbers that I had 5s and 6s. I was shocked as my dental hygiene is good and always am told i have 2s and 3s. Advised to do a gentle deep cleaning to improve it. Did it and of course he said that it didn't help so he advises I needed an expensive deep cleaning. I run for the hills because this is a common scam to get money from insurance companies. Funny how after several visits to different practices the dentists all say my gum charts are 2s and 3s and applaud my dental hygiene. Beware of them trying to do deep cleanings. Get a 2nd opinion!!

They have a new dentist (owner) This was my first appointment with the new dentist and the exam lasted less the five minutes, come on shouldn't the dentist spend more time with a new patient they have never seen before??

I had an appointment cancelled on me w/ no notification. Showed up and drove to my appointment just to find out it was cancelled on me. Receptionist claims she called multiple times to "confirm my appointment". Never received any calls or voice mails as she mentioned prior to my appointment date. Note: I received a "auto text message" on the same day of my appointment stating we look forward to seeing you on your appointment date and time, only for me to arrive and find out my appointment was cancelled on me w/ no heads up. Receptionist was of no help to see ask around in any concerned manner to see if I could be "fit in" by another dental employee. No supervisor was available per receptionist until a later date.

Horrible Experience!! They cancelled our January Appt. Rescheduled myself and my Aunt for today at noon. We get here she tells me I'm mistaken we have a March appt. People in front us told there appt. Wasn't today either. Front desk staff incredibly rude. Won't be returning !!!

The afternoon before my appointment, they called to reschedule from 9am to 7am. I agreed, and I was there early. By 9am, all they had done was take xrays, and have a dentist who did not speak understandable English tell me somebody would come in to discuss financial arrangements. I waited for several minutes, and finally left. They did not respect me time, even after I accommodated their last minute change. I would rather pay out of pocket than to go to a dentist office like this. The office ladies were very nice.

Horrible experience with this place. Unfortunately the good doctors are having to deal with a corrupt business office. They overcharge their customers and also bill the insurance company. Fraud in one word. I had to file complaints with the insurance company in order to expose their business. They have complied partially but had to file another complaint as they have not refunded the other $1040 to us and stated that their office mgr went on vacation and can't do anything for another month. This is not in compliance with what they were ordered to do. My advice to anybody who is using this dental office to check with their insurance company for possible fraud in overcharging their patients and double billing.

If you want to pay for services, then go to another dentist to fix the mistakes. Then this is the place to go. Just wait on hold for 10 minutes and that should be the first indicator to RUN!

This place has no respect for the time of its patients, I had an appointment at 9:15 a.m. they finished seeing me at 10:45 a.m., the doctor only checked me and sent me to the dental surgeon, he spoke to me for less than 5 minutes telling me that He had to come every 6 months, he did not tell me more, he left and left me waiting while he talked with other employees, so that after 20 minutes telling me that they could attend later because they were very busy, by that time it was almost noon, I lost all my morning so that the dentist will only check my mouth and nothing else, a total disregard for patients' time, I do not recommend this place without a doubt I will not return here

Horrible office. Had a root canal scheduled for today at 315 and as I am driving there they call at 245 and cancel. No empathy, no trying to squeeze me in. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office.

So this place told me I had no cavities after a previous dentist said I did , so I really believed them thinking the other dentist was lying. they also tried charging me close to 3k on work cause insurance won't cover it all , mind you was deep cleaning and 3 wisdom teeth removal. Something seemed off I never been charged over 2k on anything teeth related. Went to another dentist week later, which I paid out of pocket for the X-rays etc. since I used what my insurance covered on this dentist and they told me I have cavities and they didn't even charge me anything for any work because my insurance covered it all!!! So either this place is lying or ridiculously overcharges for everything using the excuse that there equipment is super high in technology BS

I had needed this tooth pulled for over a year and a half. Last October it abscessed and they put me on antibiotics. My anxiety is at times quite severe and kept rescheduling. Today I went in. Dr Simel and Adam were great. Adam talked with me and I felt my fears were understood. Dr. Simel was so quick I couldn't believe when they said they were done. Of course I was super excited and couldn't believe it took me so long to get it done! Thank you Adam and Dr Simel, you rock!!

They have no respect for their patient's time. I did the online check in and arrived 15 mins early for my appointment as they requested. They didn't bring me back until 15 mins after my appointment time for x-rays. They then left me in a chair for 45 minutes without having anyone do my cleaning or exam. On my way out they told me to plan for a 2 hour cleanings in the future. No thanks. I'll go somewhere that can get it done in the standard 45 mins.

Part 1 of more to come... Terrible customer service for a 1st timer. Staff was very helpful when they realized it was a new elderly patient ($$$) and never asked for written authorization for her son to share and receive personal information. My elderly mother went to the dentist appointment and was overcharged for services with no explanation. When the insurance company called the dental company they received no call back. I called and spoke to a gentleman named "Corey". He shared personal information about my Mothers visit and confirmed how much she was charged. He said he would leave a message for someone in "billing to call back". No call back received. I called the office and "Myra" put me on hold for 7 minutes after I told her I wanted to dispute a charge. "Myra" got back on the phone and said "I need written authorization to share information about your Mom". Funny! The gentleman "Corey" did not ask for "Written Authorization". "Myra" said we do not have a "Corey " that works for us. I confirmed the phone number and it was the same phone number. I will have my Mother fill out the "Written Authorization"form and keep you posted on the outcome and refund. I have had true customer service oriented people offer to call my Mom and get authorization over the phone as she has difficulty reading and getting around the city. With COVID-19 you would think they could resolve this issue over the phone. Ridiculous!!! More to come, but stay away from this place if your looking for a dental office!!!
