Dr. Modery likes to tell people he became a Texan as soon as he could as his family moved from Maine to Amarillo when he was ten years old. He attended Amarillo High School where he developed a love for music, sports and technology which continues today.While attending West Texas A&M University he met his wife Kari, who is a nurse in Amarillo. They have a miniature schnauzer named Jacks and welcome their first child in November 2016
Dr. Modery attended West Texas A&M University where he received his bachelors degree in Biology. He went on to complete his doctorate at Baylor College of Dentistry. While at Baylor he received the Pierre Fauchard Award of Merit for outstanding service to the profession as well as the Academy of Osseointegrations Outstanding Student in Implant Dentistry award. He strives to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry with his passion for microscope, laser and digital technologies. Dr. Modery looks forward to a career of lifelong learning by pursuing Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Today was my first visit and the staff is very friendly and straight forward about my treatment and cost. I have very high anxiety about going to the dentist but I feel very confident in Ingenic Dental Studio.

As someone who worked in dental offices for years, I can say that my first cleaning at Ingenic (Modery) Dental Studio is dental experience everyone deserves. Incredibly thorough but so gentle the entire time. The assistant, hygienist, doctor, and receptionist each answered all my questions and you can tell they all want what's best for you and know what they're talking about. Highly recommend.

Really nice location, staff, and dentist, but I'm not impressed with how the billing is handled. I was told my husband and I were "in network" and that a cleaning and XRs had been approved through my insurance. This was apparently verified while we were at our appointments. In 10 years we've never paid for routine preventative services. There was nothing special about the cleanings that we received, yet I'm paying more for routine services than I did for acute issues at Dental Group of Amarillo. My husband never saw a dentist which I find odd practice. If billing transparency was not an issue, we would be returning as I was happy with the care that we received. Response to the owner: my husband and I were told on 3 separate occasions by your staff that you were in network with Delta Dental. Prior to services being rendered my husband asked your hygienist to verify once more with front of house staff which took 15 minutes and again this was confirmed. Billing practices were questionable charging basic service fees for preventative services being delivered making higher percentage owed by us for the services. We didn't expect free care. We have insurance that covers 100% preventative care for in network service so yes we did expect it to be free but for your office to be reimbursed for those services being rendered. You call it a courtesy to tell whether your in network but that's customary at every other dental practice I've ever been at.

I love this office! They're so modern and clean! The girls up front are always incredibly kind and courteous, they radiate an infectious optimistic attitude. The hygienist is SO gentle! She's incredible! Very informative and educational. Always super kind! The office as a whole Is great and I love the amount of attention they put into the very tiny details! Thank you!! I've always had severe anxiety with dentists. This office is an exception to the rule!

Great experience! Absolutely painless! The staff is wonderful and the office is super clean! Possibly the best experience I've had in a dental office. And that's saying a lot as I grew up with dentists in the family.

Worst dental office ever, they took unauthorized transactions, they charged me and told me to come over and the insurance with be valid and then they said u have to pay in advance the insurance with refund u, the office manger is an absolute karen and super rude and unprofessional, in fact she ended the call on my face twice, the dr was literally racially profiling me asking me what do i work ,where did i come from and then told me i don't think u can afford its like buying a car so i think it will be cheaper for u to take off ur teeth so u can get rid of the pain , here is proof they u guys barely realized that u chargee me without letting me know, don't make urself look worse
