Moderna has changed their name from Dental American Group and now I know why! I was a patient there for approximately 3 years! They lie about what your insurance company covers and I only found out now because they dropped my insurance and am now with a new dentist, a blessing in disguise! They charged me for ALL my cleanings when my insurance would have paid for two per year! They told me my insurance only cover $10 for each cleaning. Shame on me for believing them! I also had some enamel work done for extra protection (over $1,000) and now I found out that they did such a poor job and left pickets on top where food could get trapped and if I don't fix it immediately I could loose my teeth! I went back today and spoke with the office manager who has been working there for a whopping 3 weeks and she told me they were not responsible because they were a different dental office even after I had asked another employee if they were the same and she told me they had just changed names and now I know why! The office manager told me they didn't even have my records or the person who did the procedure, when in fact the secretary send me all my records back in November! Stay away from these people they are a bunch of incompetent liars and I'm sure they will keep on changing their names to avoid any accountability!
