My previous dentist retired, and I had to find a replacement. My husband has gone to Modern Touch for years and insisted I should give them a try. I can only say I'm happy I did; I recommend them to family and friends. As a patient I get a general sense of a place's "atmosphere" and here, for a change, it was one not of stress but of cooperation, care, and laughter. Yes, I heard laughter in a dentist's office! Dr McDonald is outstanding (ditto Dr Mugly). You get real true-blue assessments. Thorough explanations by both Doctors and dental technicians that enjoy being asked questions. I am completely relaxed going to get procedures or dental work done there because I know every step of the way I am being consistently kept up to date on the process. You are not hit "unaware", ignored, or just left with questions at any time. There is true collaboration and respect among staff, Doctors, and technicians. This is a place where (at least from a patient's perspective) people enjoy coming to work. Now that is a dental office I like going to. I can't say enough good things about modern touch dental thank you Dr McDonald!

Modern touch got me in to look at my tooth on super short notice. I am not an established patient, but they got me in and helped me with my issue. Overall it was a great experience and I'm trying to get an appointment for a cleaning but they're super booked and I see why.

Had my first appointment a couple days ago because I was in pain. Dr. McDonald +staff was great! And I am no longer in pain! Very comfortable and stylish waiting room too!

I have been a patient at Modern Touch Dental since 1996. Yes, 1996. That should speak volumes about the TLC and expertise at Modern Touch. Dr. McDonald is the "new kid in town" and replaced Dr. Wagner who decided to try something new. Yes, we miss him, but each and every one of us knows when it is time to move on and experience new beginnings. We wish him well. Dr. McDonald has a host of talents and you will be so impressed, so make an appointment and meet the "best of the best".

I had the best experience at this office! I have a little bit of dental phobia so it was really nice to come to an office who knows how to deal with that! My assistant I believe her name was Stacy was amazing and Dr. McDonald was so kind and took his time to answer all my questions! I highly recommend Modern Touch Dental!

Modern Touch was able to get me into their schedule at a moment's notice to fix a major tooth issue that required extraction. Their staff was friendly and professional throughout both visits. Highly recommended!

I have high dental anxiety and I went to Dr Nathan for an extraction today. Let me tell you when I say I didn't feel the shot, I'm serious. I didn't feel anything. No uncomfortable pressure either. Cannot say enough great things about him and his assistant!!!! Found my new Dentist

I had a wonderful experience with Modern Touch Dental. I went in for a cracked tooth all of the staff was great - they were helpful, patient and help with any anxiety you might have with going to the dentist. The entire staff takes the time to understand your needs and work to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. McDonald he is incredible. I have suffered with chronic pain and migraines for years. He spoke with me about Botox injections that could help reduce my symptoms. I was amazed with how great the results were. I did not have a total elimination of symptom but they have been greatly reduced to allow me to manage my pain better. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as Dr. McDonald does I highly recommend getting a consultation to see if Botox injections could work if you. Modern Touch Dental is a great dental office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.

AmazIng experience! Dr. Nathan gave me a crown for the first time and I was very nervous. When I tell you I didn't even feel the Novacaine- I didn't even know he was doing it! The procedure was quick and they explained every step along the way!

The dentist refused to let me sit with my very scared partner while she got teeth extracted. Despite me saying I'd sat beside my kids while they had extractions and saying I was not a faint risk. Making a scared patient sit alone without a support person is not kind at all. This policy needs to change or we will find another location to use.

I needed a lot of dental work done such as pulling out my wisdom teeth, replacing bridges, root canals, some cosmetic work and so on Dr McDonald could do it all which meant it could be done in a shorter amount of time, fewer visits, and no bouncing around between specialists. He did an excellent job in all areas. Besides being a talented skilled dentist, Dr McDonald is kind, caring, and an excellent listener making the whole process better to navigate and experience. His staff is also thoughtful and accommodating. If you are looking for a dentist, do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr McDonald.

I had a crown done by Dr. McDonald and it was such a great experience! The procedure was painless. I like to know what's going on during procedures so it was so nice that he explained what he was doing. I didn't even feel him give me the anesthetic!! I am forsure going to refer my family and friends. Thank you Dr. McDonald and staff.

Been coming for years. Modern touch has always had good modern technology and made me feel comfortable. As a patient, I've had mostly excellent experiences with the hygienists and dentists . Geri, my hygienist and Dr Muggli did a great job with me yesterday. hadn't been there as frequently due to Covid cancellations so Geri did a little extra work to get me back to where I needed to be.

Cheryl is the best hygienist, I have been going to her for 14 years and always leave with the cleanest teeth! She also does a great job educating me about how/why plaque builds in certain parts of our mouths, and thought me about mouth anatomy -- I never knew that I had salivary glands in my cheeks!!!

Dr McDonald is absolutely phenomenal to say the least! I've been a patient with modern touch for over 5 years and am so fortunate to have Dr McDonald and his wonderful staff take care of me. The quality of work he provides is truly unmatched. I'm smiling more than ever after he revamped my smile with beautiful veneers. Dr McDonald went the extra mile to get this done before my sisters wedding so I could smile confidently. Can't speak highly enough about his work!!
