Unprofessionally handled scheduling on my first attempt to visit. I was offered an appointment time via email, Replied within a few hours to accept, got a response 2 days later that the time that was offered was no longer available, with no other time options given. I responded and heard nothing back.

While visiting Maryland I had an emergency need of a dentist and I was beyond impressed with Dr. Forghani, Tanaz and their team. They work with precision, care and are extremely professional. Their office is also very clean and plenty of parking spot which is a bonus. Thank you Modern Smiles!

I took my 33 months old son for his first dental exam. But, I am sorry to say I was highly disappointed with Dr. Forgahni and his staff. No effort was made to calm him down or to ease his anxiety for the medical treatment. Neither his exam was done well, I am not sure if Dr. was even able to look inside my child's mouth for any cavities. I checked with the doctor before scheduling my son's appointment about kid's first dentist visit. Now I regret my decision for taking him there. I was also disappointment by the behavior of few techs and front desk people that were making visibly annoyed face as my son was making few noises( of course being a 33 months old, it's tough for a kid to not be a kid) I would find a better pediatric dentist for him.I never had this kinda experience at any pediatric place for him. So, clearly this dentist office is a wrong choice for kids.

Always an amazing experience from day one! I've been a patient for years and I always receive amazing care, plus clarity when it comes to my dental plan and cost! Family feel every time my daughter and I visit for appointments! They're wonderful with kids! Highly recommended!!

The doctor was absolutely amazing and comforting. He was extremely professional and amazingly kind. Helped ease me during my procedure and gave me breaks when I needed it. Provided a welcoming environment as did the rest of the staff. Assistants and hygienist were all around amazing too. Definitely going back without a doubt!

Preofesional clean office, friendly staff and convenient hours. The hygienist Tanaz was very gentle and professional she answered all my question and took the time to do a great cleaning. Dr Forghani did a thorough exam and patiently answered all my questions.

I had chipped a front tooth and Dr. Forghani's office was able to quickly book me for an appointment. The staff is very kind and the office spotless. Dr. Forghani explained all options to me and their office staff let me know the costs up-front (nothing unexpected there). I chose to have them fill the chip and Dr. Forghani and the technician did a fantastic job. I am really glad to have my normal smile back and thank them for the brilliant service they performed.

Lower mid level doctor The doctor is ok no specialty. They want to take xray of the whole mouth every visit even if you go for regular cleaning. Do not allow them to do it, it is mot good for your health. The doctor referred me to periodontist and this office was supposed to send all my Xray to the periodontist which never happened. When I requested the Xray to be sent to my email at first they refused, and when I insisted they asked for $50 for something they already got paid by the insurance. so far never received any treatment feedback from the periodontist visit because modern smile did not send the Xray. Till this day I never received any service from either doctors office, not from modern Smile and not from the periodontist Dr Tom Stanton Rockville MD

I've been going to Modern Smiles for a few years and I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Forghani. The office is always clean, little to no wait for my scheduled appointments, and my cleanings and fillings have been flawless. I look forward to continuing my care with Modern Smiles.

I got another excellent treatment! It was my second visit to this office. Dr Forghani did a wonderful job, the staff was helpful and kind. I am so glad I chose Modern Smiles Dental and would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Forghani is the BEST! I had 2 infected teeth that my previous dentist did not want to help with. Instead he referred me to a specialist who didn't even take my insurance. I decided to do my research, and based on the reviews I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Forghani. I was able to get my teeth removed the next day!!! Dr. Forghani is one of those Doctors who genuinely care and it shows!! He took his time during the procedure and you can see the quality in his work. So grateful!!! Nadia, Gianna, Karen everybody here are all amazing too!! They really do treat you like family here. My gums and teeth say thank you too!!

I and my daughter visited this office. We all had fluoride. It was $30. Later, I checked my insurance, fluoride is free for kid under 18. I contacted the office in a timely manner via email. But, they did not respond to my question. It happens to have a wrong bill. But, they did not correct the mistake. I am so disappointment. The staffs are friendly. But, they try to charge more money.

Had a great experience with my cleaning. Had my invisalign done here and also had my teeth whitened. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend Modern Smiles.

I have been a patient of Dr Forghani for 3 years . The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Forghani and the hygienist have done a great job keeping my teeth healthy and they have explained everything thoroughly along the way. I have referred some family and friends and they are all pleased with this practice. I definitely recommend Modern Smiles!

The best dentistry in town! I went to two dentist before that and they came up with an extensive dental plan that was not necessary. Dr. Forghani and his staff were super patient, they explained their process thoroughly and honestly Dr. Forghani was so delicate, I didnt feel a thing. Im telling all my friends and family, the secrets out now! Go see Dr. Forghani you wont regret it

Went for a checkup and Modern Smiles performed a very thorough cleaning. Met Dr. Forghani very briefly and he told me I'd have to schedule two separate appointments for cavity fillings on my left and right side. I hadn't heard this before, and I actually called about half a dozen dentists asking if two appointments was standards for cavities on both sides, to which all replied no. I was switching insurance, so I decided to not return to Modern Smiles. When I called to transfer my medical records, the staff was very unprofessional and curt. While I am not a dentist myself and there may be more to it, it seems to me like this place is looking to profit at the expense of their patient's time and lack of dentistry knowledge...
