Dr. Jilbert Neman is a detail-oriented and compassionate individual who has dedicated his professional career to improving the oral health and smiles of his patients one at a time. As a victim of childhood trauma to his front tooth, Dr. Neman is well aware of the anxieties and fears related to dental treatment. He has a gentle touch and is always eager to listen to his patients needs and treatment goals.
Dr. Neman attended The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his degree with honors,Cum Laude. He focused his studies on rehabilitative and restorative dentistry. Dr. Neman won numerous academic and student leadership awards for his achievements. Thereafter he completed a general practice residency at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY where he received extensive training in emergency management of dental pain, root canal therapy and implant dentistry.
Prior to opening his own practice, Dr. Neman was fortunate enough to work for two other highly regarded dentists in the Bronx and Queens, who mentored him extensively and helped further refine his skills. Dr. Neman uses his advanced dental training and years of practice experience to create beautiful, long-lasting, healthy smiles and to deliver the highest quality care available to you and your family.
Dr. Neman has numerous professional affiliations that include The New York State Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Neman also serves as a dental advisor for several local students interested in the dental field and regularly attends continuing education courses across the country to stay abreast of the latest techniques and scientific developments within the field.
In his spare time, Dr. Neman enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Leora, and their extended families. He also loves dogs and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and helping support the local community.

I've been seeing Dr.Neman for well over a year now. He's always been very upfront and informative with everything he does BEFORE he does it. I've had extensive work done with two implants. Izzy, Lady and the rest of the office team are freaking awesome and very pleasant to interact with of the time that I've been going there. I called and left a message last night, Oct 31 2022 about being in the worst pain ever and received a call first thing this morning with an emergency appointment for TODAY. Turns out I needed repair of a cavity as well as a root canal and here I am sitting on my bed ALMOST PAIN FREE! Dr. Neman is so good that I DRIVE for well over an HOUR INTO CITY TRAFFIC so that he can take care of my dental needs! Highly recommend Thanks again for everything! See you soon. BTW: I was a cash patient today and was able to pay for the ENTIRE procedure on my debit card, it was VERY VERY AFFORDABLE Thank you for being a HUMANE Dental Health Provider.

I was very happy to hear that their was a cancellation and immediately I was called. I was very happy with Dr. Newman, as usual and hud assistance. They worked hard and diligently to make my temporary caps. It took a while to adjust the caps and they did so efficiently. He has a great team if professionals working with him . Whoever does the scheduling messed up twice. i scheduled an apt a month ago, called the week of my appointment to confirm date and time again and the scheduler told me a different date that i had originally scheduled, she then rescheduled me to my original date i had, i confirmed with her twice. i show up to the appointment and she tells me a different date again, they then considered me as a walk in when they messed up their schedule twice and tried to blame me. Made me wait 2 hours to see the dentist for a consult. Lady in the front was unprofessional

If I could give zero stars I would !!! Unprofessional, incompetent and downright aggressive and nasty to patients!! Told me i needed prior authorization and then retracted and denied telling me that! Numerous phone calls and no one calls back but when i canceled my appt i get a call asking why i cancelled!! My dental care and my money will be well served elsewhere and I definitely would not be going back there or referring anyone to this practice!! WISH I reviewed all the negatives reviews, have to agreed with "Solo" the dentist is a one man show running from office to office - that's pure greed if you ask me, if your practice is so great and doing so well hired some more dentist to join you! Half of the positive reviews are probably fake!! I sat in pain for weeks waiting because I was told I needed prior authorization after calling my insurance and verifying that I didn't need auth for the root canal I called and left messages (its a nightmare getting a live person) stating this - no one called me back. When i got a text stating i had an appointment I cancelled the appt because the prior auth was not obtained yet and I told by the lying receptionist that I needed one- she calls me immediately after I canceled and started interrogating me, talking on top of me (unprofessional and rude) and backpedaling saying she never told me i needed prior auth for the root canal! Just pure unprofessional and rude unethical behavior!!! Patients be aware of this practice!!!!
