The staff is amazing. Jayaira, who works at the front desk, is an exceptional customer service professional. I never write reviews, but Jayaira deserves special recognition for being so helpful. Of course, Dr Mahpour is excellent too. I hope I don't need another root canal, but I will return to this office should I need one in the future.

I got a root canal done here and it for infected in less than 7 months. The teeth started feeling weird about 5 months or so after and I didn't think too much of it. Woke up one day with a swollen cheek and I went back in to speak to them regarding what is going on and they are saying my tooth is fractured (same one I got a root canal on) and I would have to get extracted and do an Implant. I researched it and asked around chances that my tooth would be fractured and get an infection in such little time (since root canal) is super super slim. They most likely missed the crack and did the root canal anyways. I completely understand that we are all human and mistakes are made but they are also not trying to do anything about the situation. Literally telling is it is just an unfortunate circumstance. We all know how root canals are not cheap and implants are even more expensive but the expectation that Im having to do both to the exact teeth in less than a year is ridiculous! and the Office manager was also super rude, talking over me while I was explaining to her and pretty much saying that I should have read before signing that root canals arent guaranteed!

Had a great experience with Dr. Tara Mahpour, she was excellent and professional. The root canal went smoothly and she kindly explained each step of the way. Front desk and staff were very friendly and efficient - everything you'd hope for in a doctors office!

Called last minute needing an appt asap because I was literally in SO much pain, it was unbearable. They took me in right away, the staff was extremely friendly unlike many other places. Dr. Tara Mahpour did my root canal and she was fantastic. She explained everything to me, she answered all of my questions, she was extremely kind, and I truly couldn't be happier with the services. I honestly would never go to any other else if I ever need a root canal again, it's rare to find doctors that actually hear you out and are patient. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Tara J. Mahpour worked on a tooth of mine which needed a root canal. The office was able to schedule me promptly within the same week I notified them that I needed a root canal. Dr. Tara Mahpour was patient and kind; the whole process was basically painless and took less than an hour. These doctors are amazing and efficient!

Amazing experience. I have had many root canals and never had very good experiences. The office staff was efficient. The dentist, Dr. Tara Mahpour was friendly, efficient. She explained everything clearly, told me what was happening during the procedure. And they let me hold the suction and clear my throat when needed (I have a fear of choking). Everybody was great there.

This was my first root canal, and I was so scared and nervous coming in not knowing what to expect.My tooth was killing me for a while and I was in so much pain. Now a few days after the procedure I am finally no longer in pain and feel like myself again. Dr. Graham and her staff were so professional, caring and patient with me. They made the experience seamless. Like someone else on here shared - I also almost fell asleep! If I ever need root canal again (which I hope I don't) but I would only go back to Dr. Graham. Thank you!

3rd root canal in 10 years with Dr. Graham and I was so relaxed I thought I was going to fall asleep! Her work is exceptional and her personality is fabulous. Office staff & assistants are all very sweet. I really would not go anyone else but her.

This is a review based on my shocking experience at Modern Microendodontics. Specifically with Dr. Graham. After having terrible pain from an unfinished root canal (done at the Hoboken office). I was directed to the head clinician Dr. Vivian Graham, at the Floraham Park office. I sat in the chair and was assured by Dr. Graham everything will be fine and the work will be finished and she will take care of the pain, she gave me a shot to make me numb, turned around started confronting me in an aggressive manner about a negative review I previously left her clinic online! I have left work to travel an hour in the middle of the day to see the doctor for an emergency visits, to get an injection and promise the pain will be dealt with and the root canal finished, but that wasn't the case. I was brought to the office to get a shot and be shamed for a bad review. I explained the doctor I was sorry and will take off whatever she wants, I had been in a lot of pain from that root canal and missed several days of work, at that point she replied that if u think I'm so smart let me figure out myself how to fix this situation and get out of her office. Please keep in mind, she sent me on my way with half of my face numb. This is the craziest scenario ever happened to me. I left shocked, this is a terrible situation that have happened and I'm still traumatized from what happened. I understand if the doctor didn't feel comfortable treating me, she doesn't have to. But to make one get out of work to drive an hour away with the promise of fixing things to only administer a shot and confront you while you are at that helpless situation is not only unprofessional but flat out insane. No one should be treated like this. Please DO NOT go there. Dr Graham is amazing! When I first spoke with her, she could hear the pain I was in over the phone - and immediately opened her office exceptionally to treat me. I was so thankful that she was able to help on short notice. The quality of her work was excellent: describing what she was doing, working precisely, implementing a perfect root canal, and then following up to make sure everything was as expected. She is committed to her craft and I personally feel so lucky to have found her and her practice.
