Dr. Stephen 'Chris' Chadwick is a native of South Carolina, being born in Camden, which is northeast of Columbia. Dr. Chadwick grew up in both Delaware and Germany, but eventually came back to the South to spend his adult life. He graduated from Salisbury University in 1989, and obtained his doctorate in dentistry from MUSC in 1994.

Tammi is a breath of fresh air. Always so positive, gentle, and really wants to build a connection with her patients. For anxious dental patients like me, she makes all the difference.

I'll get straight to it. My teeth feels so Super clean right now, I don't want to eat for the next week. Lol. I love these guys. So amazing. Staff is always professional and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. With these guys, I no longer fear going to the dentist.

I am so grateful that I found this dentist office. For years, due to the lack of specific insurance, I haven't not been able to see any dentist. I finally have dental insurance and sought out help. This dentist office was what I found and just in time. My side teeth (chewers) needed to come out. I was in excruciating pain. They did not waste a minute. I was able to come in the very next day. Dr. Kolmodin was thorough and kind and got right to work fixing my problem. The tooth was tough but he was tougher and finally the tooth relented and come out. Thank you Modern Family Dentistry for helping me get my chewers out. I am no longer in pain. See you soon for I got me teeth locked on you :-)

office manager has the worst attitude and customer service. They got my insurance policy wrong and want to charge me the difference of their mistake. I get mistakes happen but an I'm sorry or some assistance would be nice. Not an oh well not our problem. She turned me away during an emergency dental situation, that I've already been to see them for twice with no solution. I'll never be back here, for their substandard dental work.

My wife and I have been going to Modern Family Dentistry for over 8 years. Every time we have been, it has always been a great experience. From the time you set your appointment until you walk out the door, they treat you like Family. There is nothing I can say negative about this practice. They take good care of you and will do whatever is needed to make sure you are comfortable. I do not like Needles or anyone to root around in my mouth. But the Dr's here take note of that and take as much care as needed. We will continue to use Modern Family Dentistry as long as they are around. Much love to all in the Hanahan office employees. Y'all are the best. This is the first dentist office that I am not nervous or bothered when going. Again thank Y'all very much.

Staff is always so attentive and informative! Dr. Chadwick and Dr. Kolomodin posses such excellent beside manner and are always quick and efficient! The entire dental staff is SUPERB!

I had extensive dental work performed by Dr. Chadwick over a period of approximately two years his faculty and staff were positive, polite, and professional. I am very pleased with the beautiful results, also would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Max for all of her hard and professional work.

This team is always so helpful and flexible with my busy school schedule. Tasha cleaned my teeth today and I could've talked to her for hours about life! Too bad you can't really talk when you are getting your teeth cleaned. But she gave me a lot of great feedback on how to manage my teeth at home and I really appreciated her help!

The staff at Modern Family Dentistry have always made my family's visits to the dentist a wonderful experience. My daughter and I have been going here since she had her first dental appointment. Recently she had to be referred and a staff member, Max, reached out to check on her after we left at the end of her work day. They have treated us very well and I would recommend them to any family looking to have great service for the whole family

I really appreciate the staff and the quality of work at Modern Family Dentistry in Hanahan. Everybody is very friendly and I always feel comfortable even though I'm usually anxious about dental visits. From setting up the appointment to the minute I walk out the door, the experience is always a pleasant one!

I had a new patient exam scheduled later in the month, but was still a new patient when I had an accident and badly chipped my front tooth. I called Modern Family Dentistry and, even though they hadn't seen me before, they got me in the same day. Both Doctor Chadwick and Andrew were kind, caring and gave me excellent care. And my tooth looks as good as new! I highly recommend this practice. Thanks to the entire team!

Your dental assistant and Dentist are the best. I was in and out in 30 mins for a wisdom tooth extraction. So quick and easy. Great staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff...

Don't walk away. RUN! Absolutely ruined my teeth and I'm still fixing their damage years later. Would not recommend. I see all of these great reviews. So sad. Went in with chipped teeth and left with four missing. Do yourselves a favor, pay for a dentist not in a PPO. Disgusting what they did to me.

This Dentistry is an Awesome place. Everyone was so friendly from the time that you walk in until the time that leave. The service was very professional. They handle you with Love and Care. The Doctor and his staff were above great, they were awesome how they take care of you and they made sure that you were comfortable and that you are doing alright. Dr. Chadwick and his team our super pleasant, gentle and caring. Dental work isn't cheap depending what is being done, but they work with your financial means as well. Would recommend and great location. I continue to go back to Dr Chadwick as I feel comfortable knowing that he knows what he is doing.
