Dr. Pannu earned her DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She graduated with Honors in Community Oral Health and earned PASS- International Dentist Award with a passion for providing comprehensive dental care to her patients.
Dr. Pannu has previous experience of seven years as a general dentist in India and the USA. She has broad-based experience in General Dentistry, Periodontics, Implant Dentistry, Fixed & Removable Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Laser Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Invisalign, and CAD - CAM restorations. Her specialized dental skills along with compassion and commitment to patient comfort have earned Dr. Pannu the excellent reputation among her patients.
Dr. Pannus pursuit of excellence is constant and always growing. Dr. Pannu works one on one with her patients to achieve excellent results. She likes to educate patients on oral health, the co- relation of oral and systemic health, and how both go hand in hand. Horrible establishment. Very unprofessional and rude. This "office" gives dentistry a bad name. After having me wait for over 45 minutes I was told to reschedule. I left and when I called to reschedule the front desk, paula, hung up in my face! When I asked to speak to the manager, Jen, she was unavailable and never called me back. My dentist was switched without notice. If Dr. Quon made my treatment planned, he should do my treatment! When I called for this appointment I scheduled for my 6 month recall, but they booked it for a filling. I did not want another doctor to complete my fillings so they REFUSED to see me. I asked for my records and x-rays, but I still not have received them. Poorly ran business I have worked in dental offices for the last 5 years, clinical team and front office, and I would NEVER treat a patient like this. My staff or I would never treat a patient like this and if we did, we would have been fired. This shows this office will hire anyone. Train your staff better!

I walked into MFD on a referral from a member of my church to see if they were taking new patients. I was greeted by Jennifer who was friendly and helpful and set me up with an appt and was even able to print out my insurance card that I didn't have. On my appt day I met Monica the dental assistant who was also very friendly, gentle and non judgemental on how I had neglected my dental health. Dr. Qwan was very thorough and clearly explained the procedures I needed. Jennifer was again very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits. My overall visit was EXCELLENT!

I strongly recommend Modern Family Dental in Stratford if you need regular or emergency dental services. Recently, I needed to take care of an emergency issue, and called this office because of their many great reviews. I spoke to Jen G and she was able to get me a same day appointment. I met Dr Kwon and he was very nice & helped to address my issue easily. The office is easy to get to, plenty of parking, friendly staff & clean. Very happy with great results.

The facility was clean and the staff excellent. Dr. Kim was very professional and explained in detail what I need to be done. Orville the billing specialist went over everything in detail, and I left the facility very happy. Overall, I will give them an A+ for customer service and facility cleanliness.

It's been a while since I gone to a dental office .. due to my anxiety and fear of dentist but Alex the hygienist was soo welcoming and took his time with me. This was the best experience I have EVER had at a dental office ! The staff and Dentist were also great !

Terrible experience was called into the area sectioned off for fillings. As soon as I sat down dr. Kwon comes in and tells me he's going to preparing me for my procedure. He applies numbing gel and immediately proceeds to inject my gums without allowing the numbing gel to take effect. Doesn't even wait 5 minutes after injecting me to numb the areas for the procedure to start drilling away to repair cavities in which he told me if I felt pain to let him know. As soon as he proceeded to work on one side in which the numbing didn't take much effect I expressed pain from the drilling where he told me he would be patient and take him time which caused me to feel pain multiple times to the point where I had to stop everything because he was not understanding I was in pain. He injected my gum area 1 more time and finally decided to give the 10 minutes to allow the injection to take full effect when he comes back to finish the filling and struggles to get it done correctly. After all experience my teeth feel rough and do not look properly done and the dental assistant by his side decided to walk away and allow someone else to take her spot after nothing how upset I was that he failed to listen to the fact that I was notifying of pain. I will never see him again as he rushes procedures to get them done and leaves the teeth feeling gritty.
