Michelle brings 7 years of dental receptionist experience to our practice, and is knowledgeable in multiple aspects of dental management, particularly endodontics. She is happy to assist and support our patients in providing an easy transition between their general dentist and our specialty practice. Outside of the office, Michelle has a passion for animals and spoils her 2 dogs rotten.
Born and raised in Georgia, Alexa relocated to New England to pursue a career in Dental Assisting and has been working in the dental field for the past 5 years. She is an enthusiastic member of our dental family and works side-by -side with Dr. Mirucki to ensure that our patients have a great overall experience. If you happen to catch her outside of the office, you can guarantee she will be sporting some type of garment that embodies her love of cats!
As a courtesy to you, in addition to filing the claim, we will only ask you for your estimated initial responsibility on the day of treatment. Payment is due before the dental assistant takes you out back for services. Please understand that this is only an estimate based upon the information available to us.
We specialist in root canal treatment. Dr. Chris Mirucki, Endodontist Londonderry NH, and his staff strive for maximum patient comfort as well as providing the highest quality dental care, in a friendly and supportive environment.
Dr. Mirucki graduated from Ithaca College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. He later earned his D.M.D from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, and remained in Connecticut to complete his postgraduate training in Endodontics, receiving a Masters degree in the field of molecular and microbiology in 2009. During his time at the University of Connecticut, Dr. Mirucki received several scholastic and clinical awards. He began contributing to his specialty early in this career by authoring and co-authoring multiple publications related to the field of Endodontics with a focus on the biologic principles of treatment.
Dr. Mirucki was one of the youngest members of the American Board of Endodontology to obtain his board certification in 2010, accomplishing this achievement within a year of completing his post-graduate training; Board certification is a designation appointed to individuals who make significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty.
Dr. Mirucki was elected to the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal of Endodontics where he continues to review, and critique research related to the field of Endodontology. Since opening his practice in Londonderry in 2013, He spent several years as the president of the Salem Dental Society, and now acts as an active advisor to the group. He continues his involvement in organized dentistry by remaining an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, the American Board of Endodontics and the American Dental Association, as well as multiple dental societies in the states of New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

I had a root canal done on an upper molar that had a cavity breaching the nerve. I've always had really sensitive teeth and numbing doesn't always work 100% so I was extremely anxious coming into this appointment. But Dr Mirucki was very charismatic and friendly and explained everything step by step. I felt NO PAIN. Although the sounds and vibrations can seem a little overwhelming at times, I honestly can say this was easier than most fillings I've had done. I was advised that I may feel some pain and pressure after the procedure however I felt completely fine, I didn't even need Tylenol. I got a crown done at Calvin dental about a week later and it truly looks just like my old tooth. I was definitely worried about having a preventive root canal, wondering if it was the right choice to make, however many months later I can confirm that it was! My tooth still feels the same, like nothing ever happened. I'm glad it didn't have to be a scary, painful experience!

Had a wonderful experience today. I needed a root canal on an infected tooth and I was absolutely stressed about the pain. I've had root canals before, something I'm not proud of, and I've had mostly good experiences and a couple not so great experiences. But Dr Chris was absolutely so kind and gentle and definitely understood my concerns. He has a wonderful bedside manner and can carry on a delightful conversation! I appreciate the experience I had today and definitely recommend him and his practice!

Dr. Mirucki is the best! I'm no stranger to root canals and have extreme anxiety about dentists in general. He is kind, gentle, and amazing! I drove from Rhode Island to see him and would do it again. You'll be in good hands with Dr. Mirucki and his amazing team!

I absolutely adore this office , no one likes to be at the dentist let alone a root canal specialist. They from start to finish made me feel completely at ease , I had no fears or worries being In the chair . The front desk receptionist was very greeting and even with a mask I could see her huge smile piercing through , she was very sweet and guiding with the scheduling and finance process. Dr.Mirucki is highly professional and well spoken with a very calming presence he doesn't just make you feel like hello goodbye as some offices have done to be in the past . The assistant was very polite and on top of everything they never had to speak a word they just worked in Synchrony perfectly ! This is the only place I will ever come if in the future I shall need more work like this done .

I was very nervous about the whole rout canal ordeal, but was much more relaxed after meeting the doctor and his very down to earth, cool and collected attitude made me feel very much at ease. He was definitely born to do what he is doing and shows he loves what he is doing through his up-bit personality.

I had the best experience anyone could ask for while getting a root canal. The office staff is kind and friendly, and clean as well. I went in for a consultation on a Monday and a week later had a root canal. Even though that may seem like a long time, Dr. Mirucki wanted my pain to be minimal along with any infections, so he prescribed some meds. This definitely helped ease the process. As I've gotten older my anxiety has been higher with any dental work(its great getting old!) During the procedure I had absolutely no pain! I couldn't feel any of the injections and he constantly asked how I was doing. I wish I could get all my dental work done by him.

My experience today at Dr. Mirucki's office, Modern Endodontics, warrants my first actual Google review. I had to get a root canal which I was not looking forward to. My tooth was a mess. I was nervous about the whole thing. Staff in the front was great at getting me in and registered. I was taken back to the dental room promptly at 2 PM right on time with when I was scheduled. No lines no waiting. I was greeted by Dr Mirucki and wow just a great human being was my initial impression. Down to earth, explained things simply to me, gave me advance notice of what he was doing before he actually did it, was careful and mindful that I was already uncomfortable and did his best to make sure I was as content as possible. He began the root canal and you can tell he is master of his craft. I really was impressed with how efficient and tactful he was. Sitting here at home 7 hours later I have no pain, the discomfort I've experienced for months is GONE and I feel like a new man. This guy is great, just a cool person and truly a master of his craft.

Before I went for my first visit I read the reviews. I was amazed at how highly patients talk about him and his staff. Now I know why. He is so genuine and funny and caring. Someone said it was like a spa visit. I could not agree more. Even the music was top notch. Although I hope to never see him again. Who really wants root canals? I would in a heartbeat!

If I could give Dr. Mirucki 100 stars I would! He's beyond kind, and more than cares about his patients and their health! He will go above and beyond to alleviate any issues you're having. Dr. Mirucki shows care and concern while doing the work, on both a personal and professional level. He makes sure you are comfortable mentally and physically before starting any work. I have worked with Dr. Mirucki a few different times now and this last time was a tough job and I received the best service I could have asked for during what was a very scary time for me especially being someone who is less than a fan of dental work due to past bad experiences. I truly wouldn't bat an eye coming back to see him for future work (which I do have to get taken care of) I feel more than comfortable and confident with him, his work AND his staff! Who are just wonderfully kind as well and is just an added bonus to this amazing business! Thank you all so much for all your help and making me feel so comfortable with everything!! I will be back soon!! :)

I have such anxiety being in the dental chair, especially when it comes to needles. Dr. Mirucki did such a good job, I didn't even feel it at all. He made me feel so comfortable throughout the procedure and lightened the mood with some funny jokes. He kept making sure I was doing okay throughout the entire procedure and walked me through everything. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a root canal. The office manager, Michelle and the dental assistant were also so kind and welcoming. If I ever need another root canal, this is where I'm coming!
