Professional & polite front office staff. Had a root canal by Dr Zagorodny - she was fantastic. Amazing doctor. Took her time, explained everything and walked me thru the procedure. Minimal pain. Highly recommend!

This place and all of the staff are amazing! I went in for a root canal and of course I was nervous as I had heard so many different stories from others that have had root canals in general but from the time I called because I was lost (At the wrong building on Taft) and I spoke with Mary Lou who guided me away from the place was at all the way to the door of where I was supposed to be. Up until when I got up out of that chair from having the procedure done was nothing short of amazing service all around! I can't say enough. I of course was a walking billboard in my attire for the Buffalo Bills who had just won the night before and my dental assistant Laura was also a Bills fan so I knew it was meant for me to be there. The other dental assistants found it funny as well and said I had the right one. Dr Maloff made sure to explain what he was doing and made sure that I was always comfortable every step of the way. I was able to relax as I knew I was in good hands. I never felt any pain and still don't today. Thank you to all of the staff that I came into contact with that day you were ALL amazing and I made sure to tell the ladies at the front desk as well when I left. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Dr. West exceeded my expectations. The practice itself was clean friendly and attentive. But the personality is all Dr. West. Only Dr. West could make a root canal a pleasurable experience. Go LSU - he gets it

Exceptional is how I would rate everything about this office. From the ladies at front desk to Dr. Moses himself. Every interaction with the staff is so engaging and thoughtful. Dr. Moses will do an incredible job of educating you through the entire process, continuesly asking how you are doing while he is working on you and simply make you feel so reassured and comfortable. I literally had no pain during my root canal. I can not recommend him enough !

I had a root canal on Monday and left for vacation on Thursday. Overall it was an excellent experience. Kudos to Dr. Maloff and his staff for excellent care and service.

I had my first root canal here recently. Dr. Maloff and team were friendly, comforting, and efficient during the procedure, which was much easier than I expected. The admin staff were all wonderful as well. The immediate relief I felt after having years of daily pain was unreal. I would encourage anyone who is nervous about the procedure not to be - just do it! I've had regular fillings that were more uncomfortable. I have to go back for a second root canal in the near future and I'm not nervous at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing root canal work.

This was my first root canal and I was nervous it was going to be painful. I had Dr. Maloff and Lauren as his assistant. They made it an overall good experience and I was never in pain during the entire procedure. Dr. Maloff continuously asked me if I was comfortable and doing okay during the process. Great team! Definitely recommend this office.

Unfortunately I have had to come here 3 times over 6 years but every experience was extremely pleasant. Every time the procedure was painless and the results speak for themselves.

I am a 60 year old baby when it comes to any type of dentist. I had never had a root canal done previous to this visit and all I heard were horror stories. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and reassured me that I would have a positive experience with Dr. Mosses. Well, Dr. Mosses was awesome! He spoke with me about what to expect, was clear and concise, answered all my questions and even gave me a blanket to make me comfortable while working on my tooth. Both he and the Dental assistant (I wish I could remember her name) were amazing at calming my fears and providing me with a positive experience. I would recommend Dr. Mosses to anyone who requires a root canal. I had no pain at all!!!

Dr Maloff, Kayla, Lonnie and Elaine were the best! Went in for a root canal, they made the process quick, easy and pain free. Dr Maloff explained what he was doing every step of the way. Would recommend to everyone 10/10!!

I've had to go for a few different procedures, both Dr. West and Dr. Barnhart were amazing!!! Friendly staff, appointments ran on time, explaining everything in detail....the only place to recommend!!!!

I highly recommend this practice. I had a root canal with Dr. Maloff, Lauren and Frankie were my techs, and they were all amazing. I was very nervous but the procedure was very similar to a typical filling at a dentist, only a little bit longer. Dr. Maloff and the entire staff were phenomenal and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes, zero pain, and I'm very happy to have this over with with such a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Maloff and this practice.

I was very pleased with my experience at this practice. I was very anxious about having a root canal! Dr. Barnhart (and staff) were very kind and patient with me, and they worked with me every step of the way. They took extra steps to keep me calm and comfortable during the procedure. I am grateful to all of them!

What a incredible service! Dr. West not only done the gentlest root canal treatment but took time to explain. I did not feel a thing and finally believe after many mishaps and torturous visit elsewhere that dental work does not have to hurt. Needles to say I had no pain the day after....For me Dr. West is the only celebrity with name West out there :) Absolutely charming and professional!

I had surgery there with DR Barnhart. All I can say was amazing. I am a very anxious patient and really dislike the dentist. He and his staff made me feel super comfortable and took great care of me with a pain free experience Highly recommend this practice.
