This was my first time at Modern Endodontic Specialists and had a wonderful visit. I arrived early and was seen almost immediately and out of the appoint faster than I could've expected! Very welcoming environment - would Highly recommend. Pain free and smiling better.

I came into the Fayetteville office with an abscess above my tooth and when Dr. Morris looked at it he stated I needed a root canal and not only got me right in that day but the entire root canal was fast and flawless. I have had two other root canals other places and felt anxiety and discomfort. Dr. Morris made this experience so much more comfortable. I didn't have ANY pain during the entire procedure. Even the numbing was painless. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Morris to anyone in need for Endodontic work. The office staff were so compassionate and friendly, even running short on staff.

My experience with Dr. Jeffrey S. Maloff in Fayetteville, NY was a wonderful, enlightening experience. I've had 4 root canals in the last 30 years. Three of them had to be surgically removed later. They were all extremely painful to put in and remove. Not with Dr. Maloff. He is absolutely fantastic. I have a phobia regarding dentist and he did my root canal with no anesthesia and no pain. (???). I felt comfortable with him after a few minutes. He and his team of experts are exceptionally good (especially for nervous patients). Thank you Dr. Maloff and the Modern Endodontic Specialist!

Root canals are not fun. That being said, MES PC have done two of them on me in the past 6 months and these guy were great! I have dental phobia really bad, and the Staff as well Dr. Moses, here have been nothing short of kind, courteous, efficient and understanding. I highly recommend them for any type of dental surgery you may need done.

What a incredible service! Dr. West not only done the gentlest root canal treatment but took time to explain and calm me down. I did not feel a thing and finally believe after many mishaps and torturous visit elsewhere that dental work does not have to hurt. Needles to say I had no pain the day after....For me Dr. West is the only celebrity with name West out there :) Absolutely charming and professional!

I'd been in excruciating pain throughout the entire weekend. The receptionist at my dentist's office called over to Endodontic Specialists and they told me to come right over. I was nervous about the root canal, but it turned out to be instant relief. Dr. Maloff and the dental assistant made the process absolutely seamless. I had barely walked into the building when the called me back and had me in the chair, and I was done within an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Endodontic Specialists for your amazing service, and for ending my agony today!

The office was able to get me in the same day I called for an emergency root canal. I had been in so much pain. When I got to the office, the staff that greeted me was friendly and understanding. And Dr. Maloff and nurse Lauren took such good care of me and got right to work on my tooth. I did not have any pain whatsoever during the procedure. I can't say enough good things about this office and the work they do!! Thank you, thank you!

Had a root canal done by Dr. Maloff, its very clear that he has done this procedure many times, which made me feel like I was in good hands. He had my root canal done in less than an hour, and I didnt feel a thing! The rest of the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Fantastic customer service experience from scheduling my appointment to getting cashed out after the procedure.

They do not keep their word. Had a root canal done by them they had to redo it and was told I would be given a discount. none given!

Great experience with Dr. Morris. He listened to my questions and answered them. He was very calm and patient oriented when it came to the procedure. If I ever need another root canal, I will go to this practice. Everything was clean and they followed Covid-19 protocols. Masks are required for all patients, which I agree with and appreciate. I am not receiving any for of compensation for this review, it is just from my experience today with them.

I had quite an anomaly of an experience, but Dr. Moses was superb. He explained everything throughout the procedure, and followed up with me multiple times via phone call afterwards to make sure I was doing well. Even my regular dentist said this is where he'd go for his work. Highly recommend.

My experience with Modern Endodontic Specialists was amazing. I am not getting discounts or paid to leave this review. Dr. Peter. Mores was the most comfortable and caring dentist I've ever met. He listened to my stories without rushing me. He politely answered all the questions in detail. The front office receptionists the x-ray specialist were very caring as well. Thank you all. I look forward to seeing you soon for my treatment.

The service and staff are great, but when I had a clear case of malpractice from another dentist (missed root on a root canal) they informed me that they did not ever write any letters about whether any act is below the standard of care. When good dentists refuse to stand up and say that another dentist has done something wrong, they're enabling those dentists to go on hurting patients. This is unethical, callous, and cowardly.
