I am extremely impressed Dr. Christopher Demarco, and his assistant Sophia. He listened to my concerns, made recommendations, and we formed a workable plan. He did beautiful work! I am less thrilled with the billing/accounting department. I was given a cost estimate for the work. I paid in full. A few weeks later, I was informed that updated insurance information showed that I owed another couple of hundred dollars. I paid. When the work was done, I was informed that I owed yet another $400. I paid. Two months later, I received a bill for another $600. Frankly, I'm feeling lone sharked, and have some serious reservations about ever returning. I feel that I will never get done paying on this constantly growing bill. Do not trust any Patient Responsibility quotes that the office gives you!

Dr. Chris DiMarco is a great dentist. He is very kind and gentle and does great work. I have had many dentists over the years, and he's one of the best. I would recommend him to anyone!

They were able to dee me quickly, were kind and reassuring. They referred me to specialists because they couldn't help me, and stated so up front. However, they didn't forward my x rays, which they said they would, snd it all had to be done over again, with whatever cost that might cause.

The care and friendliness I've received at Modern Dental Group at West 26th Street in Erie, PA is the best I have ever had. Dr. David James DeMarco and his assistant, Alicia, are the absolute best.

I have been a patient of Dr. David J. DeMarco since 1989, and have always appreciated how Modern Dental embraces modern technology; how caring the office staff, hygienists and Dr. DeMarco are; how quickly the practice responds to dental emergencies; and how easily the office staff works with so many different kinds of insurance. I had an aversion to dentists because I grew up with a dentist who wouldn't use novocaine. (I considered him a torturer.) I have absolute trust in this dental practice and how it cares for its patients. I have recommended Modern Dental so many times to friends and co-workers, and will continue to do so.

I am extremely impressed with Modern Dental, and Dr. Christopher Demarco in particular. The entire office is pleasant, professional, and up-front with any payment (or other) information so that there are not surprises. Scheduling is remarkably convenient. Dr. Christopher Demarco listened to my concerns, and helped me form a workable plan for my future dental needs. He (and those working with him) inspire confidence.

I have spent my whole life hating going to the dentist, so I've been consistently surprised at what a generally pleasant experience I always have here. Sure, it still comes with all the basic discomfort that dental appointments include, but they are MUCH better than other places I have gone. They are courteous and professional, explain things effectively, and do their work efficiently. Great job!

Let's face it, the dentist's office is no one's favorite place, but the staff at Modern Dental Group are so friendly and informative, it was exceptionally easy for me to forget I was at the dentist's office.

I was looking for a new dentist and I was referred by multiple people. I've been a patient for a few months now and I've had nothing but amazing experiences. The staff is very friendly and professional. I'm so glad I chose Modern Dental group.

Exceptional care every time. Dr. Casella and staff go out of their way to deliver top notch care and I am very pleased. I needed quick access due to a sore tooth and they accommodated my difficult schedule requirements with kindness. Very classy establishment.

This is a well managed, clean and caring dental office. Everyone is excellent at their jobs. During the covid pandemic they are being extremely careful and safe while still helping patients that need to be seen.

I've always loved how informative and helpful the staff is. Today was the first time my 2.5 yr old son has visited a dentist. Everyone was great. Really made his first experience a good one

Modern Dental Group has always been my dentist of choice. I have always had very sensitive teeth and a small mouth with tight teeth. They are always helpful with tips and recommendations on how to have my best smile. Most visits only take a half hour and they always make you feel as comfortable as possible. All staff are so friendly!

This Dental group is first rate. The facility is comfortable, attractive and clean. The office staff, hygienist, and dentists are pleasant and excellent at their work, ALWAYS making sure I have my needs met and all my concerns addressed. No reason to avoid going to the dentist any longer!
