Drs. Nadler & Sheth-Nadler came to dentistry in their own unique way. Growing up in Montevideo, Uruguay, Dr. Nadler was always fascinated by his dentist neighbors dental instruments and decided that was the path for him. Dr. Sheth-Nadler had been working in a genetics lab looking through a microscope much of the time and came to realize she wanted to interact more with people. She cultivated her love of science, art, and helping people, and found her way into dentistry, which has allowed her to blend these three passions.
Dr. Sergio Nadler made his way from Uruguay to the States as an 18-year-old undergraduate. Dr. Sheffali Sheth-Nadler was born in Bombay, India, and grew up in Warren, Ohio, where her father was long-time physician at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Drs. Nadler & Sheth-Nadler met on the first day of classes at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Today they live in Warren, Ohio, where they raised their three sons, Nikhil, Nolan, and Nathan. Their eldest son Nikhil is a doctor, Nolan, their second son, is in graduate school, and Nathan is a senior at Case Western Reserve University studying neuroscience. Lola, their Shorkie (Shih-tzu Yorkie mix), loves to play and be effortlessly entertaining.
In their spare time together, Drs. Nadler & Sheth-Nadler enjoy spending quality time with their sons, rooting for local sports teams, and gardening. Dr. Nadler also enjoys watching and helping to coach soccer, and Dr. Sheth-Nadler likes to design and create ornate decorative Ostrich eggs.

We love going here! Everyone in the office is so sweet and caring. They remember details about you that you wouldn't expect from them. They are great with my 5 & 3 year olds and flexible scheduling is a huge help for our hectic schedule!

Today was the first time,in a few years, I was able to go to the Dentist, with Dental Insurance . I was nervous due to knowing that I was over due for a cleaning. The staff at Modern Dental Concepts, are so nice. From the time I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of. . My hygienist was very nice, and explained everything she was doing. The Dentist was so nice and very gentle. They made my anxiety go away! Thank you for all you did for me today!

I give Modern Dental Concepts zero stars! I had a terrible experience with "Dr. Sheffali Sheth-Nadler". After getting an exam, I was told that I had a few cavities. I then scheduled a time to get them fixed. To start off, she ended up hitting a nerve while injecting the local anesthetic.. very painful. Then, she did the fillings. Approximately a month after she filled those cavities, I was in tremendous pain in one of my molars. I had never experienced this before and ended up going to emergency due to the pain to see if they could help me figure out why this was happening. Nobody believed the pain I was in because there were no apparent signs so they sent me home. Shortly after this, I started to feel feverish and then that week my face blew up on the left side where that molar was and I was in extreme pain. I was rushed to the emergency and found out that I had a severe infection in that molar, where this dentist did the filling. She drilled so far down to the nerve and then covered it with a filling.. I'm not sure why she didn't refer me to get a root canal if my cavity was that bad.. she claims to do root canals but she never once mentioned that I needed one. Because of her poor decision, I was in the hospital for five days, got lockjaw, had a severe infection that almost went to my heart, was on IV antibiotics the entire time being there and not even morphine would help ease the pain I was experiencing. This was the most traumatic thing I had ever gone through. I then had to get oral surgery to remove the tooth. My jaw was pried open to extract the tooth and drain the infection. I now deal with TMD because of this. And not only that, but because of having a missing bottom molar, it caused the tooth behind it to start to fall forward which resulted in my bite being off and caused me even more pain in my jaw- making the TMD worse. Due to all of this happening, I had to get braces to realign my teeth. I found out later down the road that she also filled a few other teeth very close/too far to the nerve and this resulted in having another molar on the opposite side getting extracted as well. It doesn't end there though, because of these missing molars, it's caused more issues such as receding gums next to the teeth that were extracted and I have to go to a periodontist because of this. I also have to get implant surgery to fill those missing gaps where the two molars were extracted. This dentist has caused not only physical trauma, but mental and emotional as well as a lot of money out of my pocket. I am so very disgusted and my heart is very sad because of this. Please do yourself a favor and never go to her.

From someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, this is the only place I've ever felt at ease. The staff is friendly & explains everything as they go. Definitely the best around!
