Although born in Illinois, Dr. Alex Spinuso grew up right here in Florida as the oldest of four siblings. Having a father who is a general dentist in Saint Petersburg, Dr. Spinusos interest in dentistry started at a very early age. Dr. Spinuso attended the University of South Florida for his Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences and continued his education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Before relocating to the Tampa Bay Area, Dr. Spinuso was working in St. Petersburg with his father. Dr. Spinuso believes that it is his duty as a dental professional to educate everyone he works with so they can fully understand their dental requirements. Additionally, he feels it is critical to listen to the wants and needs of his patients so they may improve, protect and restore their dental health to full functionality.

When Dr. Spinuso is not being a dentist, he enjoys the busy, yet rewarding job of being a husband and father of two daughters. Additionally, when time allows, Dr. Spinuso enjoys competitive beach volleyball, fishing, and disc golf.

Remal was born and raised in Tampa and attended K-12 in Brandon, FL. During his early years, he had an interest in science and chemistry. He later attended the University of Florida and majored in Economics to learn broader aspects of the world, but soon he became interested in becoming a dentist. He wanted a career that would be helpful to his community and was more hands-on, on a day-to-day basis, so he began shadowing dentists and found that he loved the routine as well as the unique aspects of dentistry. He attended Nova Southeastern for his doctorate education in dentistry.

Upon graduating, he moved back to the Tampa area and began his career. After years of experience and rotation through multiple clinics as an associate of another practice, he decided to make the transition to opening his own practice.

I love working with people, helping to make them feel comfortable before any procedure, and talking to them about what to expect for treatment and home care. I am passionate about what I do and enjoy making a difference in the smiles of our patients.
