A the best professional dentist I ever had!Very nice, patient, helpful staff. So happy I found Dr. Lyon! I can trust her expertise and enjoy the kindness.

The worst doctor and team ever. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles. Two years ago, Doctor Lyon has missed all root canals, fixing only 2 instead of 4 on my right molar. How could she have missed, I don't know, inconsideration and complete negligence. Furthermore, at that time, their newly hired associate has misdiagnosed a wrong tooth of the nerve pain after I reported my complaint from the root canal therapy. No further details needed to explain my frustration. And for one incorrect diagnose the office charged me $160.00. After I refused to pay, the collection agency has reported the petty balance to the Credit Bureau which only hurtled my credit score. For that reason I will say, shame on all of you, this is the matter of principle. I will not stand and say this is right, because you could have let go of $160.00 and I wouldn't be here advocating myself on such pathetic matter. To be that vengeful and cruel says all, not only about the worst dental care that I have endured in its entirety, but about the way you stay so resentful about the unpaid $160.00. Dr Lyon, if you are still doing morning shows on Russian Radio- no wonder of I am writing this review. Do you job correctly with integrity and respect your patients. I paid my fair share of money for redoing my root canals and will not tolerate such disrespect on my behalf.

Called them to make an appointment and asked if they would honor my insurance. They said they don't know until I come in and complete the visit. No thank you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PROSTHETIC TEETH IN THIS CLINIC !!! The bridge for the front teeth has been made large, the bridge for the back teeth has been made small, so the teeth do not close. The denture falls off when bitten. Awful job. I just wasted my time and money and now everything needs to be redone.

This place is the worst place I called and ask you to take insurance first say yes I went there and trying to remove my teeth because of my pain, middle of work She said insurance not allowed it's won't cover I left Dr office and go to Chicago different Dr Said you are good don't need to remove your teeth only pain is there you can take this medicine and after a long time I am fine without pain this modern dental asking me to pay the bill I refuse to pay and saying spend time on you I was using my insurance if insurance does not cover why you call to come And put on my credit, I beg you people and awearing you don't go to this modern dental

Called them to make an appointment and asked if they would honor my insurance. They said they don't know until I come in and complete the visit. No thank you.

I am very happy with my experience at Modern Art of Dentistry. Came for a cleaning knowing I had a broken tooth to fix as well. Dr Heffez has been very thorough in her evaluation of the tooth and the prep/delivery of the crown. Even though I have been down this path many times before, she took the time to explain every step of the procedures. I especially like that she did all the final adjustments to the crown outside of my mouth. She is friendly and very professional. Carlos, who manages the office, is very welcoming & helpful in navigating the insurance process.
