This office really helped correct my bite. I was referred here by my dentist. Dr Mockaitis is professional with a no frills treatment plan that worked fast and effective. I will say I was hesitant as an adult to get braces and was quoted treatment would last about 18-24 months. With braces and listening to the advice of this practice we were done in less than 13 months! Very good results and couldn't be happier.

If you have stumbled across this page, look no further!! Dr. Mockaitis and his team are some of the most professional and efficient individuals that I have ever worked with. Dr. Mockaitis applied my daughter's braces and we are very pleased with the results.From start to finish, you will have a thorough understanding of the plan of care and progression of treatment. My daughter's plan of care consisted of coordination with our general dentist and Dr. Mockaitis was sure to keep him in the loop and work diligently to help us achieve my daughter's dental goals. Dr. Mockaitis is very personable, compassionate about his work and you could trust his judgment. If my younger daughter needs braces in the future, Dr. Mockaitis will definitely be her orthodontist.

Incredible orthodontist! Dr. Mockaitis pays close attention to detail and does so much more than just straightening teeth. There are many orthodontist that will just straighten teeth for the sake of appearance without paying attention to the way teeth are supposed to function. Down the road this can become a problem. Dr. Mockaitis' attention to detail is second to none! He and his staff are incredibly kind and professional. We wouldn't think of sending our kids anywhere else!

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Dr. Mockaitis and his staff. I have one child that is very 'jittery' about anyone being close to them and the staff handled it perfectly! Their teeth are beautiful! IN FACT, so great that I now have braces! Can't wait for my adult teeth to be straight!

Dr Mockaitis and his staff are wonderful to work with if you are looking for a great Orthodontist! Trevor was a unique case and required shifting his upper teeth to allow an incisor to come down. He just had his braces taken off today and what a beautiful smile he revealed!! Thanks to Dr Mockaitis for his patience and expertise! Couldn't be happier with the individual care that was given!! I cannot begin to describe how professional, and warm Dr Mockaitis and his staff are. From the very first day I came into their clinic they treated me like family, even worked with me on the payment plan, so that it would be affordable yet get the process done in the timely manner that I needed. Dr Mockaitis, often ask how my children, employment, and life were going, and you can tell it was all genuine. His staff are all incredible people, that I'm sure he has selected himself, the environment is amazing, and I can't be more happier with my results. In the beginning I kept breaking my wires, they had someone on call every time that helped me immediately, and not begrudgingly, you can tell that they are people who actually care about their clients/ patients.. I had braces as a teenager and decided to get Invisalign as an adult (my bottom teeth shifted due to a broken retainer). Dr. Mockaitis and his staff are great! They are very friendly, and pay close attention to detail. I highly recommend his office to anyone who needs orthodontic treatment.

It was a pleasure to deal with everyone from the beginning to the end of the process with my daughters braces. Even through the difficulties of Covid, the staff made her experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend.

Mockaitis Orthodontics has provided excellent care to my daughters. The outcomes were beautiful and functional. The location in uptown Shelby is convenient for all of the county middle and high schools. Hours are convenient, with before and after school hours possible. Being a dentist, I can recognize quality, and quick fixes in orthodontics aren't possible. Dr. Mockaitis won't compromise on quality, or say it's done when it isn't. Dr. Mockaitis had won the best orthodontist in Cleveland county award, and it is deserved.

I could not recommend Dr. Mockaitis more! The office staff was fantastic and Dr. Mockaitis's demeanor with our nine-year-old son was amazing. He made him feel at ease the entire time and did a great job of thoroughly explaining everything to all of us. Couldn't imagine a better experience at an orthodontist!
