Dr. Baldy began her training at the University of South Alabama, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. She completed a one year surgical general dentistry residency at Ft. Benning, Georgia and received her pediatric dental specialty training at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Her major area of expertise was researching the chemotherapy effect on the developing dentition. Dr. Baldy's extensive training and education in several areas of specialization allows us to offer the best dental care possible for our patients.
Dr. Baldy has spent twenty years in the United States Army. Seven of those years were active duty service and the last thirteen years were in the Army Reserve. She completed a tour in Iraq in 2005 and is proud to have served her country.

Dr. Baldy and her staff were polite and productive ,very friendly. The children had a wonderful visit. We look forward to the next appointment. Dr. Baldy and her staff will be highly recommended. They are very patient.The receptionist is extremely nice and patient. She makes you feel comfortable.

Everyone is extremely friendly and always pays great attention to Natalie. My granddaughter has CP and is not always trusting of others...when Dr. Baldy and staff walk up to her, without a doubt she trust them because she lights up the room with her smiles! We would not go anywhere else!! It's also very comforting to have them ask me to let them know when I think she needs a break...Thank y'all for everything you have and continue to do for her!

Absolutely wonderful. Friendly staff. They made my daughter who is autistic feel so comfortable. They are awesome. Would recommend them to anyone who has children especially those with an autistic child.

Upon arrival, everyone seemed very nice and welcoming. Once he was seated and the dental hygienist was cleaning his teeth, he asked her to sit up for a minute. No problem but then this lady (did not know who she was at the time but apparently she was the Dentist,Maureen Baldy) comes over and starts demanding him to sit down and calling him the name on his shirt. His shirt said, "Weekend Plans". So she starts saying, "Hey Weekend plans, sit down. Hey weekend plans, sit down." I then say, "please sit down". She looked at me and says, " I don't talk that way." I said, his name is ____ and you will talk to him that way. We believe in the word please. She had no idea what was going on or that the hygienist told him it was ok to sit up. She just barged into the situation demanding that he sit down. Not one time did she introduce herself or act like she was joking. According to the hygienist, she was joking but it wasn't funny. At all... Just because he is a child does not mean you can talk to him anyway you want too! You want children to be respectful then you teach them respect and model it.

AMAZING STAFF!!!!! They took my daughter when no other dentistry would and made her a priority. My daughter was so comfortable and I couldn't ask for a better experience . Forever taking her to Dr. Baldy.
