This was my first root canal ever and I was very nervous, but the staff and Dr. Manolakis were very nice and reassured me and made sure I was completely numb before starting the procedure.

Great experience with MEA. Very friendly staff and I can't speak enough about Dr.Manolakis. Very personable and she took time to explain her reasons for/against treatment. Great experience and I feel very comfortable and in capable hands. I highly recommend!

This is the WORST experience ever!! They took my money and then refuse to call me back to schedule the procedure. Now I am having to find another doctor after wasting two weeks with these don't give a dam people.

Dr.Morgan is the greatest. My first root canal with Dr. Hannahan's office was unsuccessful even after four follow up visits afterwards with them. Very sad but I was blessed to get referred to Dr. Morgan's office.

Spoke to them on the phone on Monday and told them my tooth was broken. They insisted that I do not go see my dentist instead come and see them. I came in on Tuesday just to be told "you gotta go see your dentist cause your tooth is broken." A complete waste of my time. NOT OK!

The doctor here is amazing!!! However, the front desk and telephone voice is who you are greeted with first. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments should be communicated in a better manner that is professional and keeps the customer/patient informed about any changes. If appointments must be confirmed at a particular time the prior day, those polices should be communicated when the appointment is scheduled.

I just came out of my 2nd root canal in a month with Dr. Manolakis. Her and her staff are amazing. They took such good care of me, they walked me through every step. I can't thank them enough.

Wife had root canal and the Endodontist chipped another tooth during the procedure - very passive about accident now she must pay for that repair. I require a root canal and called to check prices since I must pay. Mobile Endodontic Associates quoted $1,145 after shopping found a well known Endodontic for same tooth, same procedure $845. Checked others and Mobile Endodontic Associates was always the most expensive!

It should be a crime to have a specialist that is this good. I have been to Jean-Marie a few times. She has an amazing staff as well.

Worst company in the world. These thieves tried to sell me at root canal at the front desk without even an evaluation. Do not go here unless you want to buy a root canal you may or may not need.

Dr. Monolakis was great! I am very nervous when I have to get a procedure done and she assured me that it would be no big deal. I was in and out of there in what felt like less than an hour. At some point during the visit I was helped by different members of her staff: Meagan, Amanda, Brittney and Ashley. All were super professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed the upbeat personality of Joan-Marie & the staff. They were all kind. The issue I do have is that the assistants hair was so long that when she bent over me, her hair consistently fell into my mouth. As I'm sure it had done with other patients prior in the day. While her hair was pulled up, it's long and loosely secured that it flips over her. She continually pushed hair from hair face with her gloved hand and and proceeded to handle all the items that went into my mouth. I don't know about you, but that's not ok. It's pretty gross, actually.

My daughter had two root canals done. Her mouth hurt for weeks afterwards. She went back and was given antibiotics and returned the next week to be told that she would have to have to root canals redone to the tune of $780 per tooth ($1,560). I was first quoted $2,600 and then was told the dentist would take $780 per tooth. She was told that she waited too long to go to our dentist to get crowns. Funny how our dentist said she did not wait too long and her mouth still hurts. Insurance covered the first root canals but not the second imagine that! They seem to be very money hungry and do not do good dental work. The root canals were not done correctly and I was charged for it. Not a happy customer.
