Dr. Gast has been a full-time dentist with Mobile Bay Dental and Vision since 2015. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry with High Honors as Summa Cum Laude in 2015 and also graduated early with a bachelorette Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 2010 in Biologic Sciences.
He has been providing dental services to the southern Alabama area as a general dentist with current and past focuses in oral surgery, implantology, impacted tooth extractions, root canal therapy, Botox, sedation, pediatric dentistry, special needs, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Gast enjoys teaching and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the OKU Dental Honor Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Gast has received multiple honors for his volunteering of dental services including the International College of Dentists Humanitaria.
Dr. Sierra Perry is a compassionate and enthusiastic optometrist who loves to educate and empower her patients about the health of their eyes. She is focused on helping you and your family to gain and maintain your best possible vision.
Dr. Perry is interested in many areas of optometry and enjoys treating patients of all ages and needs. From seeing preschoolers for their first eye exam to treating a senior with a chronic ocular disease, Dr. Bennett provides excellent care for your family no matter what life stage.
Dr. Perry received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry, one of the top optometry schools in the nation. She has done internships at private practices and at Vision America of Mobile, an ophthalmic referral and surgery center. Dr. Perry obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree in 2004 at the University of Mobile and has worked as a nurse in the ICU at Providence Hospital and a Nurse Case Manager at Springhill Medical Center.
Dr. Perry 's background as a nurse has taught her to view her patient as a 'whole person', not just a pair of eyes to fix. She will make sure you receive the care you need, even if she needs to refer you to a different doctor. She communicates very well with local primary care physicians and enjoys a close rapport with several specialty ophthalmologists in the Mobile area.

Dr. Quattlebaum obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine at UAB in 2011 and Bachelors in Biomedical Science from Auburn University in 2005. She has always loved the healthcare profession since the 2nd grade. She chose dentistry due to it being family oriented and allowed her to incorporate her love for science, creativity, and helping others.
Dr. Quattlebaum has studied with Garety Orthodontics and is a member of American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has expanded her education to include implant placement and restoration, orthodontics, Botox for treatment of head and neck pain. She is also very fond and experienced in working with children.
Dr. Quattlebaum is married with a handsome son named Brody, and two beautiful daughters named Caroline and Molly whom she adores. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her beautiful family and being outdoors. Dr. Quattlebaum is known for helping patients calm their fear associated with dental work with her gentle touch and calming demeanor. Her ultimate goal is to provide quality dental work in a relaxing atmosphere. She loves to give patients the desire and self-confidence to SMILE!

I had an appointment scheduled on 9/2/22 with this office. As I was waiting in the exam room, the assistants and the dentist were discussing my personal information in the presence of another patient. I was able to hear them from my exam room so I walked out into the hall where a group of the assistants were standing speaking to the dentist (while she was actually doing work on a patient's mouth) about my personal information. I told them that is a HIPAA violation and they pretended to be clueless of the violation. I was then approached by the manager, whom attempted to speak with me in the presence of the same patient. I then told her that if she needs to speak with me it should not be in the presence of a patient. I was given a refund. Their actions were unprofessional, insensitive, and in violation of HIPAA.
