I have spent a lot of time in the dental chair over the years. When I was referred to Dr Simpson by my general dentist, I of course was apprehensive and concerned about the outcome and the need for periodontal treatment and/or possibly implants. Dr Simpson and her staff are the most welcoming, calming, and fun group of individuals. Dr Simpson is a true professional who details each step during the procedure. She cares about her patients and how they are doing during the procedure. I was always made aware of the cost and they were nice enough to submit the bill to my insurance as a courtesy. Michelle, the dental hygienist, was enthusiastic and educated me on proper brushing and flossing. It is always a pleasant experience going to Meridian Dental Specialists and I thank Dr Simpson, Michelle, Katie and Sandy for the excellent care as well as the front desk for the appointment reminders. It is a true pleasure receiving services at Meridian Dental Specialists.

The most fun I've had at the dentist! From the front desk to the chair, Dr. Kerri, Katie and Sandy were awesome! Would reccommend this group tp anyone. They made me feel comfortable from the get go! Dr. Kerri walked me through every step. Extractions went well without a hitch.

Extremely disappointed. Could not get them to supply any information to our insurance company to submit a claim. My son had work performed on 1/18/22. He paid the bill using a credit card. However even after multiple calls over the last few months (by myself as his parent and my son), could not get them to submit any information to Delta Dental for insurance. We eventually cancelled his second follow-up appointment because they wouldn't cooperate. Only go here if you are rich!!!!

The staff was accommodating and wonderful! I was very apprehensive and anxious about the appointment, but I was put at ease and actually had a wonderful visit. Dr. Simpson was very thorough, told me exactly what to expect, and was great to joke around with. I would recommend Dr. Simpson and her staff to anyone!

I had a REALLY TERRIBLE experience with MMS dental office, wasted hundreds of dollars and months of my time! I did a minor dental surgery with Dr. Simpson (a gum biopsy). The operation was fine, but they charged me ~$700 up front (since they are "Fee-for-Service" dentistry) and implied that this service is covered by my insurance, which is delta dental. Then the nightmare started. I spent three month of time trying to figure out how to get my reimbursement (lots of calls with MMS, delta dental, and my medical insurance), and finally been told that they are out-of-network dentist of delta dental (MMS dental knew this at very beginning but never told me that!), so they could charge me whatever they want and Delta Dental only allows $100 for the same service and I need to pay the rest, which is ~ $600! While trying to work with MMS to figure out the insurance issues, they were not responsible, not helpful, and never returning my calls. At one point they told me that since they are "Fee-for-Service" they were submitting the insurance claims for me in courtesy and asked me to deal with this myself! In addition, during my visits the doctor has prescribed "SOME" mouth rinse for me to try for two weeks. But the amount I got from the pharmacy is for 60 days and costed me ~$100 after insurance. Now I still have this big bottle of expensive mouth rinse sitting on my desk which I will never use again! Also, after the biopsy, they said they will call me on the test results in 1-2 weeks but I never heard back from them. I had to call back myself after two weeks and found out that they were too busy to call me back even though they had the results for many days. This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with a dental provider. Stay away from this business if you can!

Dr. Simpson and her staff are amazing. They are very friendly and help reduce the anxiety of being there. Not happy to have needed her service, but feel blessed having her expertise and care to get me back on track. Highly recommend.

I have been using this office for many years and have been generally satisfied. However, during the last visit, I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time for a cleaning. Since I have to drive 45 minutes, I waited instead of rescheduling. As a result of the delay I was caught in a storm and several injuries occurred.

Dr. Simpson & staff were so kind and patient with my nine year old daughter who needed surgery and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. They went above and beyond to explain the procedure and what they were doing every step of the way to ease her worries. They made a frightening situation for a nine yr old manageable and that made such a difference. The assistants and the ladies at the front desk were just wonderful as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I had a consultation with Dr. Simpson about having some possible bone loss and other issues, after talking with her for an extended period of time she has put my mind at ease. I felt like I was talking with someone whom I had known for years, all of her staff is very friendly and helpful. I am in need of a front tooth implant which I will be returning to her office for. I highly recommend Dr. Simpson and her staff they were wonderful!

My fear of any dental procedure is rooted in a horrible experience at age 12 when I had a tooth pulled by Methuselah. To say I dreaded this extraction is an understatement. Fast forward 56 years and what a difference. Dr. Simpson and staff were wonderful. I felt NO PAIN what so ever. Every step was explained to me and I felt very comfortable. I love the atmosphere and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this practice to anyone. I would not hesitate to go back.

Dr. Kerri Simpson is very proficient with implant dentistry. She is always upbeat and takes the time to explain each step of the process so that I feel comfortable with the procedure. The office is very efficient with the scheduled appointments so that I am in and out of the office quickly without feeling rushed. All of the staff are great.

Dr. Simpson and staff put my implant in and never hurt me one time. They also managed to be entertaining. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. I wasn't even sore the next day. I'm so glad I picked MMS for my implant.

Dr. Guha is the best! I fear going to the dentist and any dental procedure puts me in a panic, especially after having some bad experiences in the past (with other dentists). Dr. Guha recommended a gum and bone graft to a crowned tooth that had been bothering me for years. Of course, I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Guha explained the process very well and what to expect afterwards. Dr. Guha and Sandy took great care of me during the procedure. I am afraid of shots, but Dr. Guha was very gentle and I hardly felt it. The procedure went well and Dr. Guha and Sandy were very reassuring. Dr. Guha thoroughly explained proper care of the area and gave me his personal phone number in case I had concerns. He called me the next day to check on me and quickly responded to texts when I had questions. I had feared pain and swelling after the procedure, but there was hardly any. Several follow up visits were scheduled to check on the healing process, and he reviewed how to care for the healing area. I could not have asked for a better dental experience. Dr. Guha definitely cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Guha, Sandy and staff at MMS Dental. If I need another procedure done, I want to go to Dr. Guha.

Very friendly office and staff! Katie and Sandy have always been very helpful and friendly on each visit. Dr Simpson is very positive and honest with plan of care. I'm not sure if it was Amber or Kelly that registered me but she was very friendly and explained to me payment process and that insurance would be billed also. Great office!

MMS Dental was so accommodating for my daughter. They really went above and beyond to comfort her before, during, and after her surgery. Dr. Kerri remembered our pet's names, and gave my daughter treats to give to them when we get home. At the initial appointment, they told her she could bring her favorite stuffed animal to the surgery, and Katie put a dental bib on the stuffed animal so they could match. They even gave her a whole box of jolly rancher popsicles to eat while she is on the mend. All this while providing me with the necessary information, and providing my daughter with high quality dental surgery. They made it very clear that they care a lot about their patients, and making them feel comfortable while they are here.

I cringe when I have any dental work done and yes even the cleanings. I have always had sensitive teeth even at a young age. Ive had many cleanings in my life. Michelle is fantastic and I would highly recommend her. (She also lets me hold the suction thingy) . Thanks to Amber for the pleasant reminder messages she leaves on my voice mail. The entire staff is great! Im happy With Dr. Kerri Simpson and the entire staff. I highly recommend MMS Dental.

First time patient and feel like I've known them forever. Felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. When I was referred I said "who would you refer your mom to?" This is the place! Feel at ease for my upcoming treatment which were well explained and any questions I had were answered fully.
