I just found a wonderful new dentist! Or I should say dental office because the whole staff is kind patient and gentle. Michael scheduled my appointment and he was very accommodating and friendly. Lauren was my hygienist who also was kind and considerate. Dr Amtul Siddiqui did my root canal and I swear I felt no pain at all! Even with the numbing injection. Not to mention she is very personable. The entire office is professional and they place great emphasis on client relations. Highly recommend.

I have been going to office for over 10 years for my family's dental care needs. Visiting MMC office is like visiting family that is always there for you. The entire team, the receptionist, the technicians and the doctor are professional, patient and care about your well-being. They have a very convenient hours as well. Thank you MMC!!!

Look I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I'm really unhappy . I went there and I have some teeth that need crowns . I'm in severe pain . I go there , and get some cleaning and cavities done . They were repaired ok but not good . Some teeth were not done rite . It's hard to explain but I'm in more pain now then when i came . They tell me the crowns and root were not approved by my insurance ( there are holes in 3 teeth causing me intense pain ) mind you I have exchange insurance or Medicaid so I'm not making a lot of income at the time . So I called my insurance to see what was up . They said he never sent over a narrative . After talking to both my insurance and MMC we came to the conclusion that MMC emailed the wrong email . So now MMC sent over a lackluster narrative just saying that my teeth are in pain . And general things . Taking no effort to address my issues at all . He then says that if insurance won't cover it he will give me a good deal and get it done . He showed me pricing on his computer he would charge insurance . Week later he texts me and says they denied it and I asked him to give me prices on fixing my teeth . He gave me over 1,350 per tooth for crown and root . Knowing that I do not have much money . Long story short I got lied to and their lackluster reporting to my insurance may have cost me getting them fixed . I feel they just want whatever is easy money for them . And not really about helping others. I'm very unhappy with the service they gave me and service proposed. They seemed very unhappy with what insurance was willing to pay and I feel this personal reason got in the way of helping a paying, insured customer in need.

Such a pleasant experience! I had my fair share of bad dentists, but this whole office went above and beyond for me. They made me feel super comfortable the entire time to where my hour long procedure flew by. I got a few fillings and didn't feel a thing. From the dentist to the hygienists to the office manager, everyone was so helpful, friendly, and honest.

Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent office. My whole family has been going here for years and we'd never go anywhere else. Everyone here is so nice and so professional. The new Dr. Kaur did an amazing job, she's so efficient and so quick and very attentative. Amazing service, will always go again and I would recommend this to place to friends, family, anyone and everyone. :) Thanks guys!

The worst experience I've ever encountered. While on the phone with me, he was complaining saying "I need to get rid of this insurance" as if it was my fault for the arrangements they have with my company. Continued to say they don't pay us so you're going to come in here and we get nothing. Why on earth would you say that to a patient that is just trying to make sure an operation YOUR office sent me for doesn't lead me to the hospital for patient neglect?? I hardly ever complain and I even apologized for my insurance and he said thank you Not "it's not your fault it's insurance" but thank you as if I was supposed to be sorry for the agreement they have with my dental plan.. so unprofessional to say the least.

I started seeing Dr V at MMC dental about 8 years ago. At that time I was nervous and I knew I needed a lot of work done. Dr V, Michael and all of the staff made me feel very comfortable, and Dr V always made sure of that before, during, and after any procedure she had done. After a short time of going there often, I felt as if I was with family. They are extremely caring and compassionate people and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Once all of my work was completed it was very bittersweet. I was grateful the work was completed but knew that I wouldn't be seeing them as often LOL. Now a few years have passed by and they are in a new location so I'll make an appointment and have a check up and I just can't wait to see everyone. I'm not sure how many people can actually say they're looking forward to seeing their dentist, but I can.. thank you to Dr V for all you have done for me and I'll see you soon Mary Vreeland

New in town and just selected the closest dentist in my plan and boy did I luck out. They stick to appointments, so little to no waiting time for your appointment. The dentists are professional, quick and very personable. The same can be said of the hygienists who work diligently with the rest of the staff. I've always found it to be very clean and they adhere to COVID-19 policies with face shields, temperatures at the door, etc. Michael rules the roost and is great with scheduling appointments for you, sending you reminder texts (a godsend) and carefully laying out the course of action and prices if insurance doesn't pay. A very pleasant experience that I will recommend to others who are looking and use again myself. My next cleaning is already scheduled for April 21, 21. I wish them continued success.

I called one day to ask for some extra guidance about my decision about whether to undergo an oral surgery, one that I was to undergo at another dental specialist, and Dr Fitzpatrick took the time to talk me through the pros and cons. He was direct and honest which I really appreciated. He did not need to take this time out of his busy day to discuss a procedure that he was not performing, but I immensely appreciated that he did.
