Dr. Mark Kolozenski is a periodontist in the Chicagoland area with over 20 years of clinical experience. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1990 and completed his specialty residency in Periodontics at University of Texas at Houston in 1993. Dr. Kolozenskis practice is focused on dental implants and periodontal reconstructive procedures, such as immediate implants, TeethXpress(R), bone and sinus grafting, and soft tissue regeneration. Dr. Kolozenski utilizes 3D imaging and guided implant surgical protocol. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and has published numerous articles. In his free time, Dr. Kolozenski enjoys skiing, golfing, playing the guitar, and spending time with his three kids.

Neely has been a hygienist since 2008 and took on the additional role of practice manager upon opening MK Periodontics and Implants with Dr. Kolozenski in 2014. She was integral in designing the office, from paint colors and flooring to dental equipment and artwork. Born and raised a Hoosier, she received her bachelors degree in International Spanish for Business at University of Colorado at Boulder. She completed her dental hygiene degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry. She recently completed the ADA Executive Program in Dental Practice Management certificate, along with amassing over 100 hours of continuing education credit hours per year. She builds rapport with her patients and truly wants to make a difference. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, following her favorite sports teams (Indiana Hoosiers and Chicago Cubs), and discovering new restaurants in Chicago with friends and family. Above all else, shes an avid reader and enjoys hanging with her dog, Bentley.
Raquel has been in the dental industry for 18 years and has been working with Dr. Kolozenski for over 11 of those years. She is knowledgeable in all things dental, but especially insurance. She is compassionate and really enjoys helping people. Raquel was born in Chicago and grew up in the Belmont Cragin area. She loves spending time with her two children and family. In her spare time, she enjoys running, rollerblading or reading a good book.

The staff are friendly, caring and professional. I was so satisfied my first visit over a year ago, that l returned to Dr. K. This time, l needed the extraction of a fractured tooth beneath a crown. Dr. K handled that different situation with ease. I would definitely go back for his services again. And l would not hesitate to refer someone to him!!! He's great!

Having gum graft in a couple days. Went into office today for check in and some prescriptions before the big day. Doc was great. Came by to say hello and see if I have any concerns. His assistant was wonderful. She went over every detail or what to expect the day of and next couple days. They made my follow up appointment already. Going in with confidence that I picked the right place.

I had a tooth extracted and bone graft in preparation for an implant. Dr. Kolozenski and staff are very professional , courteous and interested in patient comfort. All follow up visits were excellent. I highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr. Mark Kolozenski, 'his staff and office. Due to the severity and extensive work that I need i was always made to feel comfortable and genuinely concerned for my health and best interest. My personal experiences during my pre & post visits I've always had a very warm & pleasant experience with both Dr. and his staff. I have never been made to feel insecure, ashamed worthless or embarrassed while visiting nor after leaving zDr. Kolozenski's office. His staff are extremely personable and compassionate. What I really admire is that Dr. Kolozenski picks up the phone to follow up with his clients post surgical
