Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

This is the worst office you can visit for a dentist appointment. They are all over the place, they have receptionists that are there part time/ at different times and never know what one or the other said. Every time you need work done, they have to refer you to someone else. So how is this a dentist office, if they could never do the work themselves. They either tell you to come back because they are someone to do the work, or given you a referral to go somewhere else. If you are in pain like my daughter was, it is useless time waisted!!!!!! DO NOT GO to this DENTIST OFFICE IT IS A MISTAKE...............

I really enjoy taking all my boys here. They are very patient with kids and really take their time and care for them. Dentist visits are super quick and fun. Even though my kids are different ages and are very different, they all like coming to the Dentist. I know they take care of them very well and make them feel safe and comfortable at every visit.

I've been with the same dental group for about 20 years and I was not happy with the way they were doing things over the past few years and my parents recommended MK DENTAL! I am annoyed they waited so long to refer me over. I love it here. Everyone is so nice and personable and the work they do is too notch. I am a new customer and have already referred my Boyfriend and will be referring everyone I can over. I highly recommend them. Please check them out, you will be extremely pleased.

I usually am not the most Thankful guy at the destist , Im more like...yikes! Don't hurt me guy! So these professional staff team members were thee best! (Honest promise). I just want to share the experience I had at MK Dental group today. They by far surpassed any dental experience I have ever had. The office was super clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Mana was very kind and thoroughly explained everything and the next step. It was nice that you didn't feel like just another patient but cared for answering questions and being listened to. Going to the dentist, in general, has always made me a little nervous, but Dr. Mana was very gentle and made sure I am ok in every step of my treatment. I look forward to going back. Highly recommend Dr. Mana and her team to anyone looking for a great dental group!

This place is the best. I haven't been to the dentist since I was 10 I'm 23 and dr mana is the best, she will literally hear you out and cares for you + your health. DESTINY is the best, she helps me even still, when I have any questions and is super efficient and fast. If you need a dentist. Go here they will not disappoint and actually care for you!

Terrible, horrible dental office and dentist! need to be aware of ! we took my parent there, were told needed to remove all teeth and changed to fake teeth which cost over $7000, while we went another one, they said only two teeth need to be removed. I was told a lot of teeth bad and needed treatment asap, then other dentisit told me my teeth are all good! no need treatment!!

After moving to the area from LA, we needed a new dentist. I initially tried out this dental office and absolutely loved it. The whole staff is so kind and their work is great! I am given all my options prior to any service and after my full mouth X-ray and never forced to do any treatment or service just so they can make extra. Upon one filling, I was having a lot of sensitivity (I'm part drama) and after a few times checking it out, the dr was so patient and kind and did all she could until the situation was fixed. Love this office. They are extremely clean and COVID compliant. Highly recommend.
