I called and said I needed a tooth looked at. I told them I didn't know my member ID but told her what insurance I had. She fit me in, right away. I get there, fill out the paperwork, they looked it over and took me back. They do xrays and numb me for an extraction. He came back a few minutes later and says "we don't participate with your insurance." Not to mention he was very rude about everything.

I've never had a better dentist visit! Dr. Katz is extremely knowledgeable and does excellent work. He is particularly patient and caring. You can tell that he loves his profession and is constantly seeking more knowledge.

They cleaned my teeth really well, but they told me my insurance covered my procedure. Then I received an $800 dollar bill in the mail, and when I called back about it and they still made me pay it They also forgot to send my x-rays to my insurance to start it all off, so there were billing problems for more than one reason.

Dr. Katz is the best! Was kind of dreading my annual cleaning, but I'd never been to MJP before and they took great care of me. The staff are super nice, the office is cute and kid-friendly, and Dr. Katz himself was full of good humor and dental wisdom. My highest recommendations!

Dr. Katz is not only one of the most professional Dentists I have gone to, he is patient and personable. He really takes the time to learn about you and wants to do everything possible to get you the smile you are looking for. Def highly recommend for ALL of your dental needs!!!!

Wonderful dentist and friendly staff! Saw both my husband and I emergently this week. I was experiencing terrible pain yesterday, saw Dr. Katz, and feel much better today! We highly recommend him!

This dentist told our family specific options were covered by insurance completely and we double checked the services were covered in apointment multiple times. Then recieved large bill for services not covered! Told us the bill would not be charged to our account and we continually get bill in the mail past due!

Let's be honest nobody likes the dentist however, our family actually love Dr.Katz and his staff! From the start getting our family of 5 in all together was no problem and keeping us on the same schedule has even been easy and convenient. It feels comforting and calming from the moment you walk in Dr.Katz is so patient even if you are a little scared (sorry). The office is clean, prices are affordable and, the schedule is flexible. I would recommend this dentist and have to any and everybody!
