10/04/2022, this is really a joke since July I have been played for my dental appointment. today I have an appointment that was scheduled back in july for today I call and they say I have no appointment. I really wish these people learn to step up their situations with scheduling. this place amaze me with their un-professionalism

The reception lady's there were really rude, the day before my mother came in for my sisters dentist appointment they told her to wear a mask and my mom politely asked for a mask and they threw it at her, these people are very uneducated. We also had another appointment the next day and came in with my little sister having no one to watch her and they told us that she has to be outside (she is 6 years old) and she has no one to watch her at all and they didn't even offer my mother to stay in the car and to watch my sister while I wait there for them to call me. Then my mom wanted to speak to their manager and they told us they don't have one. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.

I like this place it's very friendly and cheerful. The staff is very helpful and kind. Dr M.Parvez And other stuff from Chicago IL. Where very nice people and very friendly and very Carring to me when I had my implant dentures surgery.iused my Starbucks card today at the Mayfair area store on my favorite drink called Tl strawberry cream frp.It was delicious and I just wanted to say thank you for this great gift card as$5.00 to have this treat today Kathy stevens This is the notes dental office I ever been to

The receptionist is rude. I waited 5 minutes at the window no one responded. My appt. was at 2p and they waited until 2:53p to say I can not be seen because I had two insurances. All while waiting they were singing happy birthday to someone while I am in pain and can not be seen. Then the front desk person was rude and said who cares if you write a review. Plus my filling came out 4 months after getting it I believe they use generic supplies which causes you to keep coming back and them to keep billing the insurance. I'm sure its some kind of fraud that's going on here. How do you even try to bill someone when the work has not even been done yet. I literally loved this place until yesterday with those rude people. I took off from work and wasted gas all for them to laugh at my pain.

One of the best Dentists I've visited in a while. The people that took care of me once in my appointment were very friendly, fast and non judgmental. Gave me information on everything I needed to know and more. I got what I needed to get done after going to multiple places. Will definitely be going back there regularly.

I have extreme anxiety with dental visits but Shay put me at ease and the Dentist Dr Patel was very kind and understanding. I am very pleased with the treatment my family and I receive here at Mitchell Dental.
