Dr. Thomas Wesley Mitchell attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree and later received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Indiana University. He offers multi-generational, patient-centered general dentistry for the entire family. His passionate, honest, caring heart and strong clinical experience are evident through the high standards and quality care that he provides to his patients. Dr. Mitchell has a special interest in oral prosthetics, implant dentistry, and general care. His ultimate goal is for individuals to be comfortable inside the office, and to deliver the bestand most up to date dental care, in a safe, professional environment.
Being an Ohio native, Dr. Mitchell has strong roots in Findlay, Ohio and enjoys giving back to the community. One of his favorite dental opportunitiesincludes interacting with Hancock County children by voluntarily providing dental care through The American Dental Association (ADA) program, Give the Kids a Smile. He is an active member of the ADA andthe Ohio Dental Association.
Dr. Mitchells community leadership and involvement stretchesbeyond dentistry. He is committed to serving at and attending Living HopeChurch, is a member of the Hancock County Leadership Alumni Association, and is a very active and involved member of the Findlay Kiwanis Club.
Before joining our team, Dr. Phillips served as a dentist in the United States Navy at Parris Island, SC and Camp Lejeune, NC. During his time in the Navy he treated thousands of service men and women, oversaw over 15 other practicing dentists, and served on the Dental Executive Committee. His lifelong love for learning also pushed him to obtain his Master's Degree in Business Administration, and dedicate countless hours to continuing education.
Dr. Phillips has received advanced training in oral surgery, implant dentistry, endodontics, comprehensive dentistry, and CAD/CAM dentistry. He is passionate about delivering the highest quality, and most comfortable care possible to his patients herein Findlay. During his free time, Dr. Phillips enjoys outdoor activities, golf, and spending time with his wife, son, and golden retriever.
Pam is our Regional Office Manager. Shesuccessfully coordinates, leads, trains and develops the administrationteamandworks diligently to keep our offices running smoothly. Pam has been with our practicesince 2013 and came to us with decades of scheduling and managerial experience. When she's not working, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, and traveling.
Maddy hadbeen coming to our practice as a patient since she was 3 years old, andjoined our team as an Administrative Assistant in 2019. During her time as an Administrative Assistant she demonstrated incredible character and great leadership skills. Now she manages our 200 Lima Avenue location. When not at work, Maddy enjoys boating, hunting, and visiting with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her family and making memories that will last a life time.
Aubri is our Insurance Coordinator and Privacy Officer. She works as a liaison between our patients,their insurance carriers, and our office. She also oversees billing for our offices.She joined our team in 2018 and comes with many years of professional experience. When not at work, Aubri can be found spending time outdoors, or enjoying quality time with her family. You may also catch her watching her son play football or baseball.
Amber was born and raised in West Virginia, and then moved to the Findlay area in 1998 with her husband, Dave. Together they have 2 children, Logan and Liberty. When not at work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending sporting events, shopping and traveling.
Angela joined our team in May 2021 andhas over 10 years of experience in the dental field. Her experience ranges from dentalassisting, to record keeping, to working as a lab technician, to office administration. When not at work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
