Jacksonville is more than just a place where I practice orthodontics; it is my home town. I married my high-school sweetheart and have two children. Our son is a dentist and our daughter is a physician. We also have four wonderful grandchildren. When Im not at my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my three youngest grandchildren, reading, and traveling. My favorite authors are James Patterson and John Grisham.

We are not a big business clinic with doctors and staff running all over each other, where patients see a different doctor each time they come in, and staff do all the treatment. I am the only doctor in our practice, and I see each patient. We are a small, personalized practice, and have builtour reputation by delivering highly personalized, optimum-quality orthodontic care, with an emphasis on patient comfort and convenience.
My team and I use new, cutting-edge, state-of-the-art treatment procedures and appliances. As a result, our patients complete treatment faster, and with far fewer extracted teeth. The benefit to our patients is a prettier, fuller smile. They look far more beautiful than they thought possible. Thats what a great orthodontist does.
This girl sucked her thumb as a young child. She started treatment at age 13. She had braces and a special appliance called a crib to retrain the tongue, for 28 months. Now she can bite the lettuce out of a sandwich.
This adult patient, age 25, required braces and jaw surgery to correct his severe overbite. Treatment took two years. His problem could have been corrected without surgery if he had been treated before he was a teenager.
This patients underbite was causing her jaw joint discomfort and excessive wear patterns on her teeth. After about 30 months of treatment starting at age 32, she now finds smiling and chewing much easier.
At age ten, this girl had a big overjet with the top teeth protruding beyond the bottom. She had two phases of treatment. The first helped her jaws to grow more harmoniously and the second aligned her teeth and bite. At age 13, she was proudly displaying her new smile.
Sometimes braces are not needed to get noticeable improvements in tooth alignment. This patientwas first seen at age seven for crowding of the lower permanent teeth. A procedure was performed to reduce the width of the adjacent baby teeth and the permanent incisors aligned on their own in nine months.
This boys parents were concerned about both aesthetics and the health of the erupting permanent teeth when they brought him to the orthodontist at age eight. The lower front teeth were crowded and touching the palate, and the upper front teeth were extremely displaced from their normal positions. After 12 months of Phase-One treatment with an expander and partial braces, the patients appearance and dental function were vastly improved.

My daughter and I came in for a consultation today. The office was very clean and well sanitized. The receptionist was very nice as well as Dr. Orrin. We were able to get our consultation and book our first appt with no issues. I would definitely recommend to others for any orthodontics.

My son started his treatment at the end of December. The office staff is so sweet and they always start on time. The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything going on. I highly recommend!

My tenants didn't even get to be seen. Shower up at 210 for our first 230 appt. Told we all needed masks..'I'm didn'thave one was told to go down the street to pick one up and come back right at 230.. which we did.. came back then.. all temps checked then was told I cannot be seen because my youngest didn'thave a mask whom is 3 yo. Done. Our time was completely wasted.. kids out of classes.. drive from fern beach to jax.. all for nothing. Could've told me the young needed a mask when you told me to pick one up for myself. Not even empathy in the receptionist Vice.. just pure rudely spoken

My first time visiting with my son the receptionist was nice and I could tell their was another young lady in training ! They both were so nice and attentive. They doctor told us exactly what we needed to correct our smile . Oh not to mention I didn't even have an appointment and they still seen me as well! Can't wait to see how I look in my new braces!
