The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional. My hygienist Crystal has a very gentle hands, knowledgeable, and gives you advice on how to better care for your teeth without making you feel like a slob. Dr. Joe is an awesome dentist. The other most important thing going to this clinic, they are ON TIME for the appointment.

I chipped a tooth after hurricane Ian, everyone was closed due to storm aftermath, but Mitchell Dentistry was there for me. They fit me in their schedule, repaired my tooth and I was on my way. Thank you for being there for me.

I'm happy to have found Mitchell Dentistry after my several frustrating experiences with the thieves at most of the dental clinics in the Ft Myers area. Being honest, patient and fair is very important to make a good working relationship. They prioritized the work that they advised and didn't try to do anything that wasn't necessary.

This is a great dental office! Every staff member was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist made sure to explain everything to me and made me feel at ease. The dental assistant and the dental hygienist were thorough and efficient. I am so glad that I found Mitchell Dentistry.

Had an appointment for a consult on a problem w. a front tooth. As busy as they were they took me in and completed the repair while I was there. It is truly a family practice that treats people like family.

My wife and I have gone to Mitchell dentistry for 9 years and they have the most professional and compassionate employees. Whenever we have had a dental problem they have addressed and corrected the issue in a very timely manner. When needed they have referred us to exceptional specialists. They have the most up-to-date equipment to handle advanced dental procedures.

Do not go here. This is a add on to my previous review. I just read where they will work with you if you call. Not true! Worst place ever. The responses to complaints are excuses and lies. I work in the medical field, and we don't punish patients for having to reschedule. I had to reschedule my spot due to co-vid test, which was negative. Per their request. Then told they couldn't get be in before Dr May was leaving. They said I couldn't come in for 20 days from the time I tested negative! They just dumped me

This dental practice bent over backwards to get me in for an exam and cleaning with little notice because I travel about 80% of my time for work with little notice and it is difficult to book appointments far in the future because I never know when I'll be home (thank you, Rebecca!!!). Dr. Joseph Mitchell was awesome, providing thorough education on pressing matters discovered in his comprehensive exam and discussing other minor issues that weren't as emergent. Patrice, my hygienist, was a blast and did an AMAZING job, and Lori (?), who assisted with my procedure the very next day was fun and friendly. When it was determined I needed treatment from a specialist, the Mitchell team called and got me in before I needed to leave for my next work trip. Excellent, stellar practice, and I highly recommend them. My husband and I joke that we want a "mechanic" and not an "interior designer" in a dentist, and Dr. Mitchell fits this model perfectly. He addresses what needs to be tended to immediately, and just points out potential things.that we need to keep an eye on down the road, but no pressure to "upsell" services that aren't needed right away. I'm a very happy customer. My thanks to the entire Mitchell team.
