Dr. Swann has been delivering the highest quality of dental services to her community since 2002. She earned her bachelors degree from Wake Forest University, and then earned her dental degree, as well as completed a general practice residency, at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Swann is a member of many top dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Clarke County Dental Society and the Eastern District Dental Society. When not in the office, she stays busy as a member of the Junior League of Athens, a member of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, and she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
Dr. White is a native of Athens, Georgia. She graduated form the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Psychology. She then attended the Medical College of Georgia where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2012. Dr. White is a member of many organizations, including the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Clarke County Dental Society and the Eastern District Dental Society. She has a passion for dentistry and mission work. She has enjoyed volunteering at Mercy Health Dental Clinic and participating in dental mission trips to Nicaragua, Peru, Trinidad, and Senegal. She also enjoys gardening, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their two children.
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient, comprehensive treatment. Our staff is highly skilled, well trained and strives to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each of our assistants has expanded duties certifications, and every member of our team has years of experience treating patients with the highest level of care. We stay current with the very latest in technology and advancements by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars in topics such as CPR and office safety.

Honest in service and pricing. Everyone gives excellent care, from the management, to the dental hygienists, and doctors. They make you feel very comfortable and take the time to explain what is going on with your teeth & you bill if you have questions. Very trustworthy. Happy to have come here for 17 years.

Would not think of going to anyone else but these great dentist. They are the kindness dentist and hygienist you would ever want to see. I have been going to Doctor Higginbotham for over 30 years and have always been pleased. If you are looking for great caring people go see them. The office staff is also fabulous. Sweet, sweet people throughout the whole office.

Recently was dismissed from the practice after not keeping my appointments too many times in a row. I lost insurance when I turned 24 and not being able to afford my appointments outright I have had to move some things around. Been coming to Dr. Higginbothom sense I was a little guy, and other wise have really liked my time there. Absolutely disappointed. As an adult I have seen Dr. Swan. She is a great dentist. I would not want to go to anyone else, but looks like I will have to. The dr that signed my dismissal only ever saw me one time, but that is ok. I have family in small private practice dentistry and medicine, I am a UGA pre-dental student and an assistant at a vet office, so I understand clients that cancel and have to reschedule more then 5 times are frowned upon and dismissible but it still doesn't change the fact that I'm saddend they would do that. One star for sadness.
