Please look up Dr. Pohl in palm beach county court records. Enough said..... I chose to stop my treatment based upon the temporary work done. I was not included in the planning nor the results of the temporary work. I was also not happy with the rough and awkward bedside manner of the Doctor. My visits were chaotic and lots of disgruntled babble. My advice, do not prepay for any services, nor leave any deposits. Just pay for the services you are receiving. Make sure to get a full billing breakdown between temporary and permanent costs. I truly hope this helps the next person. Good luck!

Dr Pohl and his staff are phenomenal! I acquired my parents bad teeth and have seen numerous dentists over the past 40 years! Dr Pohl ranks #1! I have been wearing a partial for almost 20 years...a previous dentist wanted to do implant dentures. When I first met with Dr Phol I was at my wits end. He thoroughly reviewed my dental history and said that all I needed was 2 implants! There was no pressure at all from his office to move forward with the decision. He only recommends treatment that is needed, unlike some dentists that just want to pull your teeth out and make money. I decided to get both implants at the same time and I am thrilled! This was a painless procedure for me and I was able to continue wearing my partial until the implant crowns came in. I am no longer wearing a partial and had a great celebration when I threw it away! I can now eat foods that I had difficulty eating before. I can speak better as I don't have something constantly in the roof of my mouth. I can smile again and I feel years younger! Thank you for doing a fantastic job! My mouth looks great!!! You were right...I was too young for dentures and I feel young again!!! Dr Pohl is very passionate about what he does and he is a very caring person. After fixing my mouth he became my family's dentist and he continues to provide excellent care for all of us. I have been going to Dr. Pohl for 19 years. He has taken great care of my teeth. The work he has done in all these years has been exceptional. We recently moved away and I still drive 40 minutes to have him as my dentist. His staff is wonderful and friendly.

As a well established Master Ceramist and dental lab owner, I feel that sometimes dentists do not get the recognition that they deserve. I have worked with many Dentist throughout my career and I can say that I have found Dr. Pohl to be an extremely talented and conscientious dentist. He has a fine attention to detail and pushes lab technicians to do their best. I cannot find any fault with any of the work that he sends to me and I appreciate his constructive criticism because it inspires me to do my best. I would not hesitate referring any patient to him. His web site is truly a reflection of his beautiful work.

Dr Pohl (not to be confused with the vet Dr Pohl from Animal Planet) and his staff are extremely professional and competent. He's a perfectionist and made sure every detail was according to plan. I couldn't be more thrilled with the result. Would refer any family or friends to see him. I felt completely safe and taken care of.

Mitch has been my dentist for over 30 years. Never has there been an issue of any kind. He has gone out of his way many times with scheduling and rushed delivery's. I have recommended him numerous times to my friends and business associates. Your smile has always been his first concern. He is an Artist, a technician, and a specialist. Cosmetic dentistry is just as much an art as it is a science. Dr. Pohl is a true artist. His results speak for themselves. I love my new smile, which looks beautiful but also natural. Exactly what I hoped to achieve. I'm Type A and interviewed many cosmetic dentists before deciding to go with Dr. Pohl. I was impressed by his knowledge, experience, and extensive collection of before and after photos. Unlike many general dentists who perform cosmetic dentistry on the side, Dr. Pohl has been doing cosmetic dentistry day in and day out for decades. I valued that experience highly in making my decision. While stellar work is obviously very important, equally important is service. Dr. Pohl, Mel, and Dee are caring and responsive. Dr. Pohl once left a party on a Saturday evening to meet me at the office to attend to a dental issue - I don't think I've ever had any other doctor who would do that! There's also a wonderful energy in the office - Mel, Dee, and Dr. Pohl have a great rapport with one another. Like most people, I don't look forward to dental work, but they've always put me at ease. I'm not one to write reviews online but when I was searching for a dentist to do relatively extensive dental work I pored over the reviews of others - so here I am paying it forward! You can rest easy choosing Dr. Pohl.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Pohl and his team! My result with cosmetic dentistry was far better than I could hope for! I'm now in love with my smile and wish I would have gifted myself with veneers a long time ago! I also now will be going to Dr. Pohl for all of my general dentistry needs, cleanings, and exams. Great and sweet staff, too! Thank you so much!!

Total waste of time and money. I booked a consultation to see what I could do to improve my smile. Both Dr. Pohl and his assistant were extremely condescending about my wanting to use their service. They made several comments about "oh she is only doing this because of her wedding" and made me feel bad for coming to visit them in the hopes of obtaining the service the office advertised. If you are a cosmetic dentist, you should expect a good amount of future brides as clients, so there is no need to make a future bride client feel bad about wanting to use your service. It is understandable that sometimes expectations can exceed what can actually be done, but there is a way to explain this without being condescending. Further, it is ridiculous to charge an $80 consultation fee to be condescending to me and say the only thing I should do is use Crest White Strips.

I was referred to Dr. Pohl by a friend who is his patient and who has a full set of veneers done by him. She looks gorgeous, and though she is in her 30's, her new smile makes her look 10 years younger. Her smile is beautiful and very natural-looking. I was having difficulty with my bite and receding gums: years of clenching and grinding my teeth at night, and past bad dentistry had off set my teeth to the point that they were becoming worn down more on one side. When I first came to Dr. Pohl, he had immediately, and correctly, diagnosed my problem. He offered a corrective plan that would take months to implement and was a bit costly. I had already seen his work, and I was ready to make the investment. That was about a year ago, and today I have my full set of gorgeous veneers done by the artist and perfectionist that is Dr. Pohl. He is superb because he looks at your smile and sees the potential before he starts; his work, and your end result, is dynamic because he appreciates aesthetics. He is kind, lovable and will go out of his way to get you the best possible smile (and he even went to the lab over the weekend to make sure my veneers would be ready prior to a vacation date I had planned.) All I can say is that Dr. Pohl is truly a great dentist, and now a good friend, whom I cannot recommend more highly! Pia Dora
