Two weeks ago, while in West Palm Beach for my brother's wedding at the Breakers, and a full week of planned festivities, I was blessed to be cared by Dr. Michelle Joseph and his team. Two days into our trip from New York City, I woke up with a very sensitive tooth on the lower left side, and beginning stages of swelling in the respective area. After conducting an overnight extensive online search of highly recommended dentist in the West Palm Beach area, I called Dr. Michelle Joseph's office first thing in the morning. They were able to see me on the same day, and it was confirmed by the examination and x-ray, that I needed a root canal ASAP. It could not wait until I returned home the following week. Dr. Michelle Joseph and his team were kind enough to: 1. send my prescription to the closest available pharmacy in the area, 2. provide me with directions, as well as 3. refer me and make arrangements for me to be seen the same afternoon by a wonderful endodontist, Dr. Brett Rosenberg. He in turn performed the root canal in the most incredibly seamless and painless manner, using the latest dental technology. The entire staff, in both offices, went above and beyond, to make sure I was comfortable and cared for during this very unexpected emergency. They were all kind, friendly, welcoming, supportive, and informative throughout the whole process. Their superb bedside manners and professionalism took away all the stress I had about having to see a dentist away from home, and allowed me to enjoy the rest of days and events throughout our stay in West Palm Beach. I am forever grateful and appreciative for their kindness during this difficult time, and only wish they were in New York, so they can be my "go to" general dentist and specialist :) THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! You were truly a godsend

Highly recommend! All of the ladies are super sweet and professional. Dr. Joseph's is also great! Very welcoming & clean facility. POSTED FOR TERRY ANN CROSBY: I had the pleasure and opportunity to attend one of Dr. Mitchell Josephs' seminars in Palm Beach Gardens earlier this month. I was well acquainted with his practice through his weekly articles in the Palm Beach Post. I had collected a folder-full over the years, trying to keep up with newer technologies. After the seminar, I made an appointment for the next available timeslot. His office manager Anette was actually making appointments at the seminar. How great is that? I was extremely impressed with his depth of knowledge and his ability to speak in layman's terms. His course outline was well organized and efficient, as was his office practice. I had 13 crowns and as many root canals before meeting Dr. Josephs. I've had some pretty terrible experiences and was on "high alert" for my first visit. I've had bruising, facial swelling and my eyes swelled shut and too much pain to even eat for days. Being a retired RN, I was most impressed with the order and cleanliness of his office and exam rooms. His assistant, Tatiana, was excellent. First the x-rays, then the exam and explanation of the needed work. I knew going in that I needed alot different modalities, one implant, multiple crown replacements and some veneers. He mapped out a game plan and began work immediately. I couldn't wait for my new smile. He and his assistant worked methodically. He was precise and efficient, but the best part was the pain-free anesthesia. I had minimal pain or swelling, and was able to eat dinner with no discomfort. You can tell alot about a practice by the way the staff treats the clients, because that's the way the Doctor treats the staff. The excellence starts at the top. I would highly recommend Dr. Josephs for any dental needs. Who knows, maybe even some Botox! Sincerely, Terry Ann Crosby

Dr. Josephs gave me an entirely new smile, consisting of crowns or veneers on every single tooth. The results are fantastic, and I couldn't be happier. He explained the plan carefully in advance and explained exactly how much everything would cost and, to the day, how long it would take. But even more noteworthy, Dr. Josephs is without a doubt the most caring and compassionate health care professional I have ever had. As an example of the extraordinary thoughtfulness he brings to patient care, after a tooth extraction, he sent me home with a bag filled with soft foods I could eat without discomfort. After every procedure, Dr. Josephs personally reached out to me to see how I was feeling. In my experience, the kind of empathetic and deeply engaged care that Dr. Josephs provides not only is rare but is not found anywhere outside of his practice. And his team members--Tatyana and Anette--are wonderful as well. I recommend Dr. Josephs enthusiastically; he is amazing.

Going to Dr. Josephs' office is an all around great experience. Dr. Josephs himself is amazing, attentive and excellent at his craft. Sophia's cleanings are thorough and detailed; her chairside manner is patient and comfort-oriented. Anette is always on top of her game with flexible scheduling and appointment reminders. I really appreciate how communicative they are as an office. Hands down the best dentist in Palm Beach County. Highly recommend!
