I am so happy that my friend recommended I see Dr Bierman. I appreciate how he spaces out patients so I would be the only one in the waiting room. There were air purifiers in every room which made me feel very safe from Covid. I was seen right on time. I had seen another dentist who scared me into thinking that I had serious problems with my teeth, Dr Bierman found nothing wrong with me and reassured me that I was completely okay. I was so impressed with his easy going manner and honesty and I'm so grateful I found Dr Bierman!

I was scared of going to the dentist but Dr Bierman put me at ease. I had gone to other dentists and was told I had multiple cavities and needed a lot of work, when I saw dr bierman he examined me and it turned out I only needed a cleaning. I was so happy he was honest and I'll be going back here for the rest of my life.

I had chipped my front tooth on my car door and called Dr. Bierman's office in excruciating pain! He told me to come in that evening, even when his office was closed! He fixed it efficiently and painlessly. My smile is better than ever now! Thank you Dr. Bierman

I tried to book an appointment as a new patient. Unfortunately, the receptionist was really rude. I called on Monday, she said she was going to call me back on Tuesday. On Wednesday I called back to understand if I could book an appointment and she said there were none available after 4 pm. I was confused because I asked if there was any day or even Sunday. She said everything was booked (as if everything is book until the ed of the year), so I asked to talk to a manger. She said she was the only one there and that she could only book day time appointment. So I asked what time frame is "day-time" and she kept answering that she could only book daytime. I was not able to understand why she could not book anything after 4:30. She was rude and unwilling to book any appointment. The only thing she was saying si "I can only book daytime" without specifying the actual time. I will not go there at all if this is the way a new patient get treated on the phone.
