Dr. Andrew Nguyen completed his Bachelor of Science at University of Houston. He continued to complete his Master of Biomedical Science and went on finish his Doctorate of Dentistry at the Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. During his dental training, Dr. Nguyen worked extensively with the Chicago community, Cook county clinic and multiple mission trips, giving him experience with pediatric, geriatric, and special needs patients. Dr. Nguyen has experience in root canals, wisdom teeth removal, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and clear aligner orthodontics. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Nguyen is a proud resident of the Sugar Land area and feels honored to serve the people of the areas. He believes strongly in family values, discipline, and hard work. He has been married to his wife for sixteen years, and together they have two beautiful children: Trinity and Tiffany. When he gets some down time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys fishing, crabbing, swimming, and biking with his kids, along with tending to his garden.

Overall experience was great! The online scheduling was awesome as well as the Sunday schedule. The staff/receptionist were very nice. They even gave my husband the free Colgate whitening toothpaste they hand out when you do the review right there and then, even though I didn't get to do the review on the spot since I couldn't remember my Google password to do my review. In addition, my husband was supposed to do a cleaning but suddenly had to cancel. We were not charged for this. That was very considerate of them! The online paper work was a bit tedious and long for new patients esp if you're just interested in teeth cleaning and nothing else. The hygienist Reuben was great! Very caring and kind! He tried to make you feel comfortable as best as he could. Thank you very much! He did my dental cleaning. Thank you! I was just a bit surprised that they gave me Dr Cai, the younger doctor, though if I signed up for the mature/seasoned one online. He came across quite cocky saying to me "I'm like a walking encyclopedia" When I haven't asked him anything at all. At the beginning, the way/delivery of Dr. Cai when he asked the question about my dental history after Reuben just took the xrays for him to look at and use it to check what is wrong, if any, with my teeth, and told me "I don't know you that's why I want to know your dental history", didn't quite come out as caring or professional but more of rude and arrogant. Just a constructive criticism for next time for his other patients. Haven't had that experience before in my many years of going various dentists from different cultures. However, overall, the visit was great. Thank you very much.

Update... Second visit again I was greeted by a well rounded staff that took charged. All question was answered without hesitation. The oral hygienist was absolutely on point doing an excellent job. I left the office feeling smiling and feeling like a VIP.
