Extremely professional, knowledgeable, they take extra care on visits and the staff are so cool!! I've been going here for about 4 years and will never change dentist. Had a root canal and a wisdom taken out and from all the scary stories that I've heard from other people of intense pain, I didn't experience a single bit of pain after my numbing faded out. I highly recommend Mission Ridge Family Dentistry as from previous other places I can definitely say they are the best in the bay!

I had to have an emergency root canal done on a Friday night and called them and left a message with their answering service. After a night of serious pain, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call early Sat morning asking me to come in immediately. Dr.Chaitanya performed my root canal and also the crown. Thank you so much for taking me in when I was going out of my mind with pain. The staff was very pleasant and very professional to deal with. All in all I would give them 10 stars if I could. Murthy

All of our family has been going to Mission Ridge Dental for last 3-4 years. Very professional, very safe (with COVID precautions) and most important sincere and extremely helpful with their diagnosis and treatment options and then follow through. They have even come through when we had a dental emergency and we greatly appreciated their promptness at scheduling urgent appointment when necessary. We are very pleased with Dr Chaitanya and all her staff !

My wife had a severe pain with wisdom tooth on a Sunday night and we got to know about Mission Ridge dentistry and Dr Chaitanya Bandarupalli through our cousin. We have called them in early on Monday morning and they immediately accommodated for a 30 min appointment on the same day. The extraction decision was quick and referred us to an Oral surgeon due to complexity of the case. They also helped us get an appointment at the earliest possible due to severity and complexity of the case, luckily we got a slot on the same day and extraction was very painless and soothing. We had a second appointment with Dr Chaitanya for pain on the other side of tooth due to a cavity. Mission Ridge team performed a dental x-ray and identified the problem and explained us the process for treatment. Dr Chaitanya is very cool and empathetic in explaining the situation and also about the treatment. The process of cavity fillings went on without any pain or issues, care instructions were provided and there are follow-up calls after the treatment. I myself also got the annual oral-check-up and cleaning done, which is quite like a spa experience. I'm delighted to review and recommend Dr Chaitanya and her team for any dental consultation. Wish you all happy smiles :) :)

I just had one side of my deep cleaning and it went really good.. scheduled for the other side in 3 days.. I have been postponing for couple of years thinking about the pain I have to go through but it went lot better than I thought.

Dr Chaitanya and the staff at Mission Ridge Family dentistry have been wonderful! I walked in with a limited budget and a great need for dental treatment, and they made it work. I can't praise them enough for their efforts! . Extremely respectful and really care about their patients, never pushy or condescending. Drove 50 miles, round trip, for my appointment. I have given only 5 stars ,because that is maximum.

A good dentist is someone who tries to learn about patients on a more personal level before beginning treatments to make patients more comfortable. This puts patients at ease and makes them feel like the dentist truly cares about them as whole healthy people, not jut about their mouths. An exceptional service that I received recently from Dr. Chaitanya prompted me to write this review to let people know she is one of the best dentists we have in town. I have been going to Mission Ridge Family Dentistry for quite a few years now for routine dental work. They are good at scheduling appointments that are convenient for us. The office staff is courteous enough as well. Recently I experienced excruciating pain in my lower left jaw. Spent a sleepless night with the pain that was radiating either into my ear or into gums with the posture. Dr. Chaitanya was kind enough to make some room for me out of her busy schedule during Covid19. She treated the hairline fracture that was causing the pain. Of course, I had to make multiple visits to the clinic for the treatment that ran into few weeks. She kept communicating and educating me throughout this process and assured me of better outcome. I highly recommend her professional consultation and/or advice for those who have dental problems. Thanks,

I have been taking my 2 daughters 7 and 5 yrs. However last visit out there I was very disappointed. The doctor charged $140 for behavior management. My daughter was coopeative. I felt very unethicial in terms of doctors to charge for behavior mangement when there is no behavior mangement is involved. I have been taking my kids for dental visit in different places and I never got this behavior mangement charged!! I am very disappointed to see this behavior!

Dr Chitanya is amazing. I've had good dentists and bad, and she's one of the best. I went in for what I thought was a root canal and it turns out i have a wandering molar. Any other dentist would have drilled a hole in my head and took me for the full price of a root canal and fixed the wander along the way. She has fixed a ton of bad work that other dentists did and will be doing my ortho alignment soon. You can trust these ladies! They are pros! Thank you Doc!!! You are the best!!

My son cried so hard and says it's hurting, the doctor's assistant says impatiently : "that's impossible because we give him double doses of anesthesia." 2 days later , my son's mouth area is less tumidly, I found why he was crying: his lip was teared .

l like the environment, the clinic is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I took a treatment for my tooth caps replacement and one wisdom tooth extraction. Initially, I was worried about the treatment and pain before the appointment. But Dr.Chaithanya is a very efficient doctor, she explained everything about the treatment before she starts doing and it makes me more comfortable during the treatment, also I didn't feel any pain while removing my wisdom tooth. They are very flexible to reschedule the appointment. I am very happy with the treatment and their follow up about the recovery after the treatment. I would recommend Dr Chaitanya for your dental appointments.
