This office and the doctor are the rudest, and most unprofessional doctors have come in contact with me. I've taken my dad there twice now to have his tooth pulled. The first time they said he needed to stop taking his blood pressure medicine and also had to take an antibiotic so we made the appointment today. They made us sit there for almost three and a half hours only to be told that if we do not get the bone graft that they will not do the work because it will cause bleeding. NO it won't and all they care about in $$$$. My father is in a wheelchair, and should not have to wait as long as he did, Reann Smith kept changing her story when the police officers arrived , since my dad was upset and wanted to be compensated for his time and wanted his money back, Reann Smith said call on Monday, she was just as nasty as the other people in the office. All this office cares about is $$. The office was laughing at my father who could barely walk. They have no morals, When the cops were talking to them the girl was filming me which was so unprofessional and disgusting. Save your time and money and go to a different dentist. This is the worst of the worst.

After so many disappointments with my prior dentist I was scared to go to a new office - but I am fortunate to have found Mission Oaks Dental Group by far the best experience I've had !! I finally am able to ask the questions I want with out being shut down on top of that all the staff is friendly and very helpful and informative!! Love this office definitely going back and I recommend!! If I can I'd give 10000 stars !

Going to the dentist is never something any of us look forward to, but Mission Oaks Dental Group made my visit very pleasant! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I appreciated how each and every employee explained what they were going to do and why. So glad I started coming here! Smiles all around!

This is a great dental office ,Dr and assistant are wonderful, I was so nervous when I showed up and they immediately make you feel at ease , at the end of my appointment I've never been so calm ,I'm not looking forward to the dental work however ...the whole staff makes you feel so comfortable I know I'm getting excellent service in care

I believe the people who left bad reviews for this office must have been having a bad day! I had a filling fall out so I called and they put me in the schedule the next morning. Then when I got to my appointment everyone was so kind and attenuative to my needs. It is clear that the dentist Dr. Workings cares about her patients and did such an amazing job that I've decided to make her my new permanent dentist!

Went for a teeth cleaning appointment. I never had to wait 1 hour to see someone and then another hour and half for teeth cleaning. I was very disappointed. On top of all that the lady at the reception was extremely rude and spoke with great disrespect. I am not a child. Please do not treat me like that. The dentist keep changing every 6 months. It was a horrific experience and always have to pay copay for routine cleaning. Simply awful..

This is one of the best dental offices in the area! My wife & I come here all the way from Port Hueneme! The staff is on top of their game everytime I go in. They're friendly, and organized which makes my visits streamlined. The hygienists are expert! For my visit, I required 4 lidocane shots! I did not feel a single bit of pain from the shots! & of course nothing after. Shout out to Valerie who was my hygienist. She was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained the process she was going through for me and answered every arbitrary question that popped in my head while getting my dental work done. I look forward to going to this dentist, & that's saying a lot for a dentist!
