Part of Providence, Providence Medical Foundation (Heritage) was founded in 1994 and includes seven medical groups throughout California. In addition to its medical groups, Heritage supports five distinct affiliated physician networks throughout the state. Combined, they provide residents access to more than 2,000 providers in virtually every specialty. Heritage medical groups and affiliated physicians have received top honors from various organizations, including the Orange County Medical Association for Physicians of Excellence and the Integrated Healthcare Association with distinction in clinical quality.
The Administrative Fellowship at Providence offers masters-prepared individuals a 12-month opportunity to develop their management and leadership skills through a broad array of learning experiences. Fellows will receive extensive mentorship from senior leaders as they tackle challenging, highly visible projects in their areas of interest. They will also cultivate a strong microscale and macroscale understanding of Providences impact on the surrounding community. We are looking for four (4) highly motivated, self-driven individuals interested in Health Care Management & Administration, who will have either received their masters degree by July of next year or who will receive their masters degree upon completion of a fellowship.
Two fellows will work under Physician Enterprise with: Dr. David Kim, Chief Executive Providence Physician Enterprise; and Jill Duplechan, Chief Executive Orange County/High Desert. Two fellows will work at our Southern California Regional office with: Kevin Manemann, Providence Southern California Region CEO; and Nate Husmann, Providence Southern California CFO. Ultimately, fellows will be given the autonomy and support they need to tap into their full potential and become successful healthcare professionals.
