Ever since my childhood, I have dreaded going to the dentist. I don't know if it was fear of pain or hearing that I wasn't flossing enough...no matter because the Mission Hill Dental (aka Dr. Lucero) and his staff of dental hygienists are friendly, professional, thorough...okay everything they should be. And, they know my anxiety, but help me to relax.

I'm 50+ so have been through quite a few dentist offices in my life. Lucero is the absolute best. In fact ~6 years ago my insurance changed and the out of pocket went up for his office. I could have changed dentists and saved money. It took me all of 3.2 seconds to decide to stay with him anyway. The two things that stand out the most to me: 1. He never pushes un-needed "preventive services". His is a voice of prudence, "If it's not bothering you we won't worry about it right now. If it does start to bother you we will work on it.". 2. I've had some complicated crown and cap work performed by Dr. Lucero. His work is outstanding. Prior to him, it was very hit or miss sometimes having to go back numerous times for the same issue. Several times I've sat in his chair and thought "this is going to take multiple visits to figure out.". Not so! Many cases of one-and-done. I did have one instance in which I wasn't completely happy. I called and he quickly got me in for a second visit. He worked another 45 minutes until I was satisfied. A top notch person and professional!

Mission Hill has been my dentist since 2001. Dr. Lucero and his staff have been at the top of their game since day one.. I always feel relaxed and confident in their care.

With out a doubt, the friendliest staff around. Dr. Lucero is also the best dentist I have used and Ive been around for a while. I would recommend Mission Hill Dental to anyone trying to find their forever dentist.

Mission Hill Dental is quick to respond to an urgent situation. The team is very friendly and professional. The office itself is conveniently located and is very nice. I highly recommend!

Great teeth cleaning service and in the past when I needed a tooth pulled or cavity filling was done very good. I recommend dr Lucero to my friends when ever they have a dental problem.

They are great here and won't do more than you actually need! I had gone to another dental place and they told me I needed $3000 worth of work. I had been to another and knew I didn't. Dr. Lucero told me what my dentist do 20 years told me. They don't hurt my sensitive husband either.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lucero for the past six years. I have been very satisfied with his treatment. He is very professional and easy to talk to. His dental techanician Steve does an excellent job at cleanning my teeth. The entire staff is customer friendly.
