I'm a person that hates going to the dentist and my experience here was one of the best ones I've had. The assistant Juan was so great and made each of my visits the best possible as well as the doctor. I came in to mission dental about two months before my wedding to get a crown and be all ready for my special day. The doctor gave me two options, I decided to go for the lower cost one since I was in the middle of planning a wedding. After staring the process my tooth was soo bad that couldn't handle the crown job and broke. I had to have it extract and had to go for the second option (which was the one that the doctor recommended at first) they worked with me so that I could be ready for my special day and everyone from the front desk to the assistant and the doctor were always so nice and attentive. I could say that they really saved my wedding. I was all ready to go for my wedding right on time and with a beautiful smile! They worked with me with prices and payments so that I would be able to pay for the extra expense. I can't thank them enough! I would recommend this place to everyone.

I've been coming to this dentist for 6 years I like the dentist and Juan. Never had an issue with my insurance, Kaiser btw

I usually hate going to the dentist but the staff there are super friendly and always try to make me as comfortable as possible. There is never a long wait and everything is done efficiently. I've never had any issues with this place.

I would say this is your typical, local dentist office. I honestly go here because the location in Downey is really convenient for me. There's always parking. And their prices are pretty good overall. I just had 2 deep cleanings there and also got a crown. No problems. I like the dentist. I have really, really sensitive teeth (which I told him about from the beginning) and he seemed more careful with me. There used to be this lady (Maria?) that used to work there that I didn't like but I was just told that she doesn't work there anymore, which is good. The only down side is that they don't open everyday. They only open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. They also have an LA location but I've never been there. Overall, I would recommend if you're in Downey or somewhere nearby.

I give this Dentist a 1 star. The Dentist Wonjung Jeong will not guarantee his work after he receives his money. It's easier for him to brush you off and say you need to go to a Specialist since there is nothing he can do. My New Dentist had to replace the crown that Wonjung Jeong originally placed. My new Dentist could not believe the poor work he did for me. Stay away from this Dentist since we will not guarantee his work.

The two stars are for the dentist and Andy the assistant. If you get a woman assistant and have somewhere to be, just leave you'll be stuck there for an hour minimum even with an appointment. They overbook with no sense of organization. You'll sit in the chair (if they pass you inside within the first thirty minutes) you'll wait at max 20 minutes for someone to just check up on you. If you get a woman assistant, they'll come in and ask YOU what needs to be done as if you're the dentist. Then they'll leave for 10 minutes to the little area they have in the middle to talk to other woman assistants about their vacation to either Big Bear or Vegas. I had a woman assistant begin to work on me then abruptly stop to have a full blown conversation right in front of my face like i had the time to sit in their chair all day. If you're lucky enough you'll get Andy, the quickest and nicest assistant. If you go here against your will, request him. They ask for payment first because after they get your money they take their time. If I could, I would stop going to this place but since i'm on contract i have to stay. Today they actually opened an hour late, the dentist, assistants and patients were waiting outside like it was black Friday until the person who opened the store walked up in Pajamas. Unprofessional, Slow, and Rude is the perfect way to describe this establishment.
