Dr. Morris and her staff have completely changed my life for the better! For the first time I feel hope that I will start to feel better for the long term. Her passion for wanting people to feel better and understand what is going on with them comes through immensely. She is very intelligent as well as compassionate. They also fit me in very last minute for an emergency. Great staff, great office... 10/10!

Went in for a simple cleaning on 8-22-22 and was told since I was a NEW patient I would have to have X-rays and exams done and that I would possibly be able to have the cleaning done the same day(wishful thinking) which didn't happen was rescheduled for 9-1-22. Went in the day of my appointment and was called in the office to go over the findings from the previous visit and that's when things went downhill, they recommended all types of services that my insurance didn't cover and was told that if I didn't accept their recommendation they wouldn't provide me with the cleaning that I originally went in for, so needless to say I refused to pay them the additional $1500 they were trying to extort out of me but they did manage to milk my insurance for the X-ray and exam and a $68 copayment, STAY AWAY from this place you've been warned!

Attempted to do a bunch of unnecessary work to make money. Wouldn't trust them with my family's dental care.

We arrived at my son Rylan's dental appointment at 8 AM on 11/9/20 with Miss-Lou Family Dentistry. After checking in, I was prompted to sign information regarding the procedure of placing caps. After completing paperwork and waiting a little while, the hygienist came out and weighed Rylan. Once the weight was finished, she has us sit back in the waiting room until they were ready. The hygienist then came back out with liquid medication. Due to my son being severely autistic, textures, tastes, and medications are challenging for him to take. The hygienist got Rylan to take his mask off in the establishment's waiting room and take this medication. Once the medication hit Rylan's tongue, it was immediately spat out, getting all over his clothes, the floor, the chair, etc. She advised she would need to speak with the dentist. She then came back and took us to a room to talk with a receptionist named Miranda. They refused to do the service because of his inability to take the medication we were never informed he had to take to have the procedure completed. Miranda had a tremendous attitude and proceeded to ask, "Well, how did you think we were going to sedate him?" and my response was, " Gas, no one ever explained to us he would need to drink medication. Each visit, I reiterate his intolerance to certain things because of his disability." I was then told we would have to be referred to another dentist over 2 hours away from us, and I had to call to make the appointment per the new dentist's office request. I asked Miranda how to go about having my children's files transferred to another dentist because this is ridiculous. We should have been advised of all the information before the procedure considering the appointment was made over a month in advance. She once again got a nasty attitude and explained I needed to complete paperwork etc. My child was had to take his mask off in a public area, drink medication, and made a mockery of in the dental office only to be refused service due to not taking the medication because of his disability. Now due to their negligence and lack of education towards small children with severe Autism, we are having to deal with another dentist 2 hours away. This pushes his caps procedure even further back, possibly 2 months before they can be completed. My child has been experiencing pain over the last several days and now will be in pain until we can have this resolved. I had to sign sedation paperwork and never received a copy and wasn't given a copy to read before signing. The whole establishment needs a major overhaul.

Went in due to an issue with a tooth. They reviewed my insurance told me what to pay and I had a free cleaning I paid the total then they sent me a bill for 85 on the cleaning and said I didnt pay enough for the service. I paid what they said my insurance didnt cover and the cleaning should have been free. Do not go here they will bill you more months later.

Miss Lou took care of this out-of-town er. My wife and I were traveling from Illinois. We were touring Longwood when a swollen gum ruptured. They were able to get me in on New Year's Eve for an initial exam but didn't have enough time to take care of it then and there. They set up an appointment for first thing on January 2nd and were able to handle a tooth extraction just fine. Not my favorite way to spend the New Year but we got the job done and I appreciate them getting me in and taking care of me on the spur of the moment.
