Great dentist office I got a great new bridge from here and get all my dental needs here I had my son come who had 3 teeth to be extracted and the process was great and he is way better no more infection...

Dr. Kruse is the man. I really enjoyed my visit. He was extremely thorough and even came back in and did more work after my teeth had been polished as he said he saw two small specs that he had to get. I enjoyed the conversation and his work. I highly recommend. I live about 45 minutes away now and after this visit I decided I'm going to stay and not find a dentist closer to me.

I brought my nine year old in because I noticed some cavities. Dr. Mishel and his staff did not embarrass or shame us. Instead, they were so helpful, gentle and caring. The dental cleaning was so quick and painless. I highly recommend this practice. My whole family will be coming here. Very professional and clean. Receptionists were also so kind and welcoming.

If you have any stress or anxiety about dentists, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I honestly can't begin to describe accurately how pleased I am with my visit to Mishel Kruse Dental. I have SEVERE anxiety and claustrophobia when it comes to airplanes, dentists, and doctors. And this is very new to me. Prior to this last year, I would usually go to sleep on airplanes. Cant even count how many times I've flown. Dentists and doctors, ZERO anxiety. And then 4 months ago..BAM. So Dr Kruse could not have been easier going and reassuring. AS pain free as a dentist can be.. The room I was in had two huge windows and was fairly big anyway. After getting through x-rays and consultation, I mentioned," I am really doing well and could not be more pleased." Kruse suggested that we get started on my work right away since I was calm. Got the whole top of my mouth done and i am just so happy about it. 5 stars all day!!

Dr. kruse is awesome and amazing with kids. We've had both cavities and injuries and he always follows up to make sure our kids are doing well. He is sincere, patient and extremely thorough.

I would not AT ALL recommend this dental practice. Having previously had expensive dental work by Dr. Kruse, which was just okay at best, I was put on a very long waiting list for a cleaning. I spoke to a receptionist this morning asking again when I could get in for a cleaning. She was terse and dismissive at best and was making an obvious effort to get off the phone and move on with her day. When I expressed my legitimate frustration that others who I had personally referred to their office had been able to get in for cleaning while I had already been waiting for some time for mine, she quickly said, "okay thank you" and hung up on me while I was in mid-sentence. I phoned back to speak with an office manager but received a very dismissive, bored and uninterested few moments of her time. I decided at that moment that I was never going to return and I will be looking for a more kind, polite and professional dental practice. After all, why would anyone give their business to a practice that either does not care at all about their customers or decides that their employees being dismissive of and impolite to people on the phone is the price they have to pay to simply staff an office. I give Dr. Kruse and his staff an F grade for running a poor practice.

My family has been seen here for years and have always had a great experience! My KIDS insisted that I give an "infinity" star review because Dr Kruse is the best! Always a good experience, excellent staff and professional service. We moved several years ago, tried to find a closer dentist with some pretty horrific results and now we commute nearly an hour to this office. Worth every minute of that drive!

I had such a good experience! Everyone was so kind, and they were very efficient and made me feel super comfortable. They never tried to push any unnecessary services on me, and checked in on me the whole time.

We love this dentist's office. My daughter had a few cavities when she was 5 and Dr Mishel was SO kind and SO gentle that my daughter didn't even need the gas. He's basically her favorite person in the world. She actually loves going to the dentist. We've been going here for 5 or 6 years and they've always been great, they're very responsive to our needs.

Bad service. I have been with them from 2016. In that time 2 of the fillings they have done have fallen out. They won't see me to fix the filling until I pay a missed appt. Fee. I have missed 1 appt. In the last 2 years without notice yet they want over $100 to start seeing me again even to fix the broken filling! I do not reccomend at all. Also they never called to confirm my missed appointment... I had made the appt. 6 months prior at my last cleaning... no reminder call. No call when I missed the appointment.

Not kind, no sensitivity or kindness. I am disabled and have a hard time remembering appointments. The secretary was very rude, she did not give me a chance to speak and spoke over me. Unwilling to listen to circumstances as to why the appointment was missed.

My sister called to make an appointment with Dr Mishell. She was told she couldn't make an appointment because she didn't pay her 20 dollar bill for an extra fluoride treatment. The office staff did not say she owed anything when she left. They said that they had sent her three bills and she hadn't responded. My sister is disabled and in chemotherapy for cancer. She has chemo brain and has attention deficit problems. She paid the 20 dollars on the phone but was still refused a new appointment. Then, when my dad called to find out what was wrong, the staff and doctor told him that he could not make an appointment for himself or for his daughters or anyone in my family, including me. The staff was so rude and yelled at my father. I can't believe the doctor does not have the humanity to treat a disabled girl and her family when they don't owe a penny. We found a new dentist and would not recommend this one.
