They are the worst people I have seens in my life, they are very rude, they have attitude and they are very disrespectfull to the patients, I have very bad experience with them, I was there with my 9 year old daughter to get her baby tooth with cavity pulled out , she was very scared and she wanted mr to stay with her , I requested Doctor Miryem that I want to stay with my daughter , but she got mad and yelled at me and ordered me to go out of the room, that was very unprofessional and rude.

What I've notice When I was With my grandmother Getting her teeth exam Is that the dental lady isn't hygienic as I imagine, doesn't change her gloves as she should and does not wear mask. My grandmother Only visit the clinic twice and that's enough to ever coming back. My grandmother didn't felt comfortable and neither did I, nearly everybody in the Office was rude especially the one doing clean/examing the teeth. I was specially shocked how most of employees in the office does not believe in vaccination Which that can be perfectly fine But they aren't being respectful To wear mask which can potential put some at risks, like my grandmother. And how Did I notice this fact you may ask, well the 2 front receptionists was having a conversation and I guess they thought I wouldn't understand what they're saying ... they guessed wrong. The point of all of this is location seems to be rude to clients and low hygienic cleanliness, so go at your own risk

Horrible experience. The cleaning routine lasted less than 10 minutes. I have previously complained about a tooth ache I was experiencing. They didn't bother taking an X-ray and the dentist dismissed me by saying i must have brushed roughly. The day of the checkup I indeed had a cavity. I got a cavity filling and was experiencing a bit discomfort couple of days after. I went to another dentist and said the filling had a gap.

They would take in hour after the appointment time , lack of focus when working on patient , made an incision with out telling me till after done and didn't provide antibiotics in case of infection which I did get felt like my money wasn't worth it to them and on top of that they lost my lab for the crown I was getting that day which I end up leaving cuz I felt it was unprofessional.

Lack of professionalism , The receptionist was rude nasty. They have no education no manners to talk to Patients, Don't come to this office go somewhere else you don't want to have a bad experience. Horrible Service. MIND YOU THIS WAS OVER THE PHONE I was trying to make and appointment. I end up Canceling the appointment.!
